𝐅𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 one for physical activity.  she much preferred a good book and nice cup of hot chocolate. however, her father insisted that she needed a backup for whenever her powers had failed her, so when the sword had failed her she turned to a bow.

a bow was practical for fayebelle. every shot was calculated, carefully planned out and perfectly executed, just like her. it was no surprise she was a natural.  archery was like a second calling to fayebelle, and since she was eight years old, she had never missed a shot.

archery had brought her peace of mind, but it had also brought her closer to the vks. a little less then a year ago, king ben had made a proclamation to bring four kids of villain kids to auradon prep. these kids, in their short amount of time, became tourney champions, personal stylists, thieves, then saviors of auradon.

finally, after about a month had passed since king ben's coronation, fayebelle had made her first friend at auradon.

now, fayebelle was by no means unlikeable, she was nice and smart and displayed no ill-will for anyone. she was just guarded.

the first time jay had approached her it was past curfew in the training gym. he had forgotten his tourney gear and she was practicing shooting. the conversation was awkward, and definitely not one either of them would want to relive.

after some pestering, jay had gotten her name and had convinced her to meet his friends. she almost afraid of jay was and it took a lot of pestering in order to get her to agree.

fayebelle had wanted to make friends, but she was scared. it was hard for her to branch out after being raised mostly in seclusion, with the one time she left her home she caused chaos. sometimes, fayebelle just wanted to hide away in an ice castle for the rest of her life, and while the thought of being alone with herself was comforting, the teenage urge to make friends pushed her out of her protective bubble.

for hades sake, there were times fayebelle wasn't even friends with herself.

so when jay approached her in the middle of the night complimenting her archery and asking if she wanted to try out for the schools archery team, she was a little afraid. not because he was a villain kid, but rather because she was a monster with no control.

and fayebelle never ended up joining the archery team, but her and jays friendship had amassed to something sibling-like. they found comfort in each other after spending their whole lives virtually alone.
