Tick... Tock... Tick... Tock... The clock was the only thing I could hear, not including the crazy heart beat I can hear that is... Sooner or later I might as well just say my name and I recently just moved here to get this over with.

"My name i-" my voice got cut off as the door opened as a boy came in panting. He had unnatural silver hair, which was obviously dyed, that was short at the back, but quite long at the front making it to cover one of his eyes. As I looked at his other silver shiny eye, his eye were locked at mine. I looked away quick having a hint of red on my cheeks...

"Jeff Harold! You are interrupting our class!" She turned and looked at me "Sorry Alice, make sure you introduce us next time at class, please take a seat both of you." Then I noticed that there were only two seats left as there were two of us. The first seat was at the back of the corner and the other one was... Next Luke!?

My target was the back corner seat. But before I could lay a finger on my target, Jeff defeated me by sitting there. Talk about bad luck... As I walked closer and closer I got more nervous and nervous. I finally reached my unwanted destination and sat there silently. Oh God please help me!

I only looked ahead and didn't even dare to make eye contacts with Luke, but instead looked at the teacher.

"O.K class today we'll do a partner project-" She was interrupted by the sudden whispers or talks about this project, but as for me, I was silent. I thought art was independent... Clearly I was wrong. " That's it! Enough is enough!" She demanded. Everyone instantly shut their mouth and glued their eyes to her, not even thinking to even make a slight of a sound. "As I was saying, you'll be doing a partner project, with the person next to you and draw their portrait. They will be your partner permanently for this project. That is it for now and please come to me if needed help." She instructed

We were given a piece of paper and a sketching pencil to draw with. I slowly turned around to face my 'Partner'. Once again I saw his clear blue eyes staring at me. I just sat there with no idea how I should react, creating the awkward silence between us.

"Do you want me draw you first? Or do you want to start?" He inquired finally breaking the silence between us. I had to think first and answer. Well I guess I shouldn't go first since I'm literally the worst drawer in the world. I mean literally! When I drew a flower during middle school, my teacher thought it was a snake doing an exercise! But this time we're drawing a portrait here, which means I should avoid the idea of me drawing. I really ask myself why did I even signed up for this class.

"... You can... G-go first..." I implied.

Luckily enough for me he could hear me and nodded with an answer. I turned my whole body to face him and showed no expression. He scanned my face twice having a confused face.

"What's wrong? You look stiff and look more like a robot." He replied. At this point I was blushing kind of being embarrassed. "C'mon! Loosen up! While your doing that smile at me." He suggested. Now at this point, my face was technically a cherry.

Instead of complaining though I actually did what he said. I didn't really smiled that much in my life after the accident, but still tried my best to smile. The boy in front of me showed an expression that the smile I have on right now was just right.

While he was busy doing that, I had a peek at what he did and was simply shocked. I did expect him to be a good at art, but not as good as a camera! I looked at the clock hoping it would magically go faster, but no. Instead I still had another 30 minutes to go. Then I noticed that almost every girl in this room had a sneak a peek on us. What was their problem?

Soon the bell rang and I immediately made a bee-line straight towards the door to leave and arrive at the cafeteria. But what in the world was I thinking? I don't even know where my first step should is! Then some on grabbed and turned around. It was Mary. I sighed with relief since it wasn't Luke.
