"hi enzo!" i smiled.
"hi y/n/n." he smiles back, i love his smile so much it brings me joy.
"can i tell you something?" i asked him wanting to get straight to the point.
"yeah, what's up?" he asks.
"i've been trying tell you and we never had the time alone together because we were always with the others, but since we're alone i wanna tell you that i like you. a lot and i hope the feelings are mutual." i told him.
he was silent for like 10 seconds before speaking, "y/n..you're an amazing human being but i don't like you like that. i fancy dove." he speaks.
those words made my stomach drop, this whole i thought he liked me because his actions were obvious. i guess i was wrong. really really wrong.
"please say something y/n." he says trying to grab my hand but i push him away, "don't be mad at me."
"i'm gonna be angry, you flirting with me and acting like my boyfriend. it wasn't real? you do realize you basically led me on." i told him.
"i didn't mean to hurt you y/n." he says.
"no, literally get away from me." i said then walk away from him, he tries to stop me but gives up.

y/n stopped talking to lorenzo ever since the incident happened, its been 2 weeks and lorenzo would try to talk to her but she would completely ignore him. lorenzo and dove started talking more but lorenzo couldn't get y/n off his mind.
"hey what's happening between you and y/n?" blaise asks.
"i sorta rejected her and basically lead her on because she thought i liked her back." lorenzo replies with a sigh.
"wait you don't? to be honest, i thought you did too." blaise says.
"why does everyone keep saying that?" lorenzo asks.
"because, bro if you don't notice sometimes you be staring at her like you're in love with her." blaise tells him.
"i do not." lorenzo denies.
"right." blaise laughs, "so if you wouldn't mind i can go ask her out?" he asks about to stand up but lorenzo quickly stands up pushing him to sit down.
"you wouldn't dare." he says.
"look at you! you say you don't like her??" blaise points at him.
he groans and sits next to him burying his face in his hands, "i don't know."
"do you like her?" blaise asks, lorenzo thinks about them together and it makes his heart race.
"fuck blaise, i do." he finally admits, blaise cheers jumping up and down.
"look at your dumbass, go find her!!" blaise pushes him.
"where is she?" he asks.
"in the courtyard! go before the bell rings for class." blaise pushes lorenzo then he runs off finding y/n.

i was sitting down on one of the benches reading my textbook when the bell finally rings for the next class, i close my book about to stand up when someone suddenly grabs my arm.
i look up to see lorenzo out of breath, "enzo? what the hell are you doing?"
he catches his breath before speaking, "i like you too."
my heart stops.
"wait w-what." i stuttered.
"i realize, i like you too. you are an amazing girl and i want you to be my girl." he smiles.
i cannot believe this is actually happening, i was smiling big.
"pop the question then." i laughed.
he smiles, "will you be my girlfriend?"
"yes." i squealed as he hugs me tightly before giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"i've been thinking about you crazy. non stop these past few days." he smiles looking down at me.
"i've been too." i said, he puts his arm around my shoulder before we walk together to class smiling at each other.
