Chapter 6 - More

Mia's Perspective

"sweetheart.. come here please"

charlotte walked into the room, she was finally back to her normal self. 

"what's up darling?"

"daring? i've never heard that one before?" 

Charlotte smiled then gave me a kiss on the cheek. i felt my face flush and get warmer. she sat down next to me on the couch, and started cuddilling me. 

"anyways. there's a rumor going around that were together. do they know about you and your husband?"

charlotte stopped. 

"no they don't. not yet anyways"

"mm okay"

"what do we do? do we tell them that were together or what?"

"just don't deny or accept anything. they can figure out on their own"

Charlotte lifted up her head, turned to look back at me and give her another kiss. we were holding hands until we heart a knock at the door. 

"Charlotte, were you expecting someone?" I said to her, it was strange that someone would turn up unnanounced. 

She got up and walked to the door, I stayed down on the couch. Charlotte got up and opened the door.

"Oh- Marjorie? What can I do for you?"

"Charlotte?! Why is Mia's car out front?"

"i uh."

"Charlotte.."

I walked up to Charlotte, put my hand around her waist and pulled her close. i made eye contact with Marjorie just to then purposely break it. then i gave Charlotte a little kiss on the cheek, Marjorie was fuming. 

"Me and Charlotte are dating, is that a problem Marjorie?"

"Charlotte.. just why. is this why you have become so detached lately? You became so cold and just"

"Marjorie that's enough. Do you know what she's going through?" I said, i was getting angry.

Charlotte was trying to keep her tears back, she clinged onto me and put her head down. Marjorie was in disbelief. 

"M-marjorie let's talk. I'd like to tell you everything"

Marjorie stood there for a minute. then walked in. 

"Okay Marj-"

"Charlotte.. Allow me"

Charlotte looked at me, I kissed her quickly and sat down next to her. Marjorie looked like she was going to throw up. there was another knock at the door, It was Autumn. Charlotte walked up and opened the door, she didn't say anything but walk in and sat down next to Marjorie. Behind Autumn, Reece and Winter walked in, allongside Maddison and Scorsha too. They all sat down and stared at Charlotte, perplexed at what was happening. Charlotte came back down and sat with me, holding my hand in her lap. I cleared my throat, and began, telling them everything. 

"Okay.. so"
