"you disgust me, your probably the reason why your dad left"

"AUTUMN!! MOTHER LET HER GO! SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS"

Mother turned towards reece, swung at him and missed. He pushed her hard onto the ground, knocking her out cold. He ran to me to pick me up.

"autumn are you okay?"

I nodded and didn't say anything. I was speechless and in shock. From then on, I vowed to myself to become stronger than what people thought I would be, from this day on. I'm never going to show emotion and let people think I have a soft side to who I really was.

"reece. I'm fine. Get the fuck off me and leave me alone now" I said, pushing reece off me and walking off.

He looked at me, he was truly heartbroken from my actions. I didn't have time to care though?

20 years later – Back to Mia's Perspective

"is that what happened?"

I nodded. This was what happened. What autumn told me, I doubt that this was all she knew. Just what she wanted to tell me.

"oh Mia.. this just makes you even hotter" charlotte said with a smirk

I smiled at her and we layed back down on the couch, we cuddled again. as we embraced in a tender kiss, I couldn't think of any problems lying between us. I finally found solace in Mia's arms, her love serving as a beacon of hope in the darkest of times

The next day – autumn's perspective

Reece and Marjorie stumbled upon a scene that left them stunned. Peering through the window of the art corner, they witnessed Mia and Charlotte locked in a tender embrace, their lips pressed together in a kiss that spoke volumes of the love they shared. They were speechless and sprinted away giggiling knowing what was happening. Marjorie stood there and froze. The relisation hit her.

Reece's perspective

Marjorie's reaction to discovering Mia and Charlotte's relationship was not what I had anticipated. Instead of sharing in his joy and understanding, Marjorie's demeanour shifted from surprise to simmering anger. Then, pacing back and forth in her office, her brows furrowed in frustration and her hands clenched into fists. Sensing her agitation, he approached her cautiously, unsure of how to broach the subject.

"Marjorie, are you okay?" I ventured, my voice soft with concern.

Marjorie whirled around to face him, her eyes flashing with intensity. "No, Reece, I'm not okay," she snapped. "How could they keep something like this from us? We're supposed to be their friends, their coworkers. And yet, they chose to hide their relationship from us."

"mia's such a bad person?! What does Charlotte see in her?"
