Carly's POV

"Hey Aud can I talk to you for a bit?"

"Sure whats up?"

"Let's go to my room. I'll tell you there."

"Alright."

 "Cam go next door and get Cayson and Caitlyn."

"K"

I went upstairs with Audrey following closely behind me. Alex left not too long ago and we just got through cleaning up. Once she's in my room, I close the door behind me and sit on my bed. I pat the spot next to me motioning for her to sit down.

"At the table tonight, when Alex said that he was hanging around the wrong crowd he looked at you and when we were done eating, he kept staring at you for a long time. Now Aud, I've known you for almost 16 years now and I know if you are lying or not. So I want 100% truth. Nothing more and nothing less.

"Ooo Carly Carly the baby just kicked! Feel it."

"Audrey do not change the subject! Babies can't even kick at three months!"

"Yes they can! It doesn't feel exactly like a kick, but more like butterflies in my stomach and there is a lot of movment goin on underneath here." She lifted her shirt and pointed underneath her belly button.

"C'mon Aud. I'm serious."

"Okay fine. You want the truth, here it is." she leaned back against my headboard and fiddled with my covers.

"Alex and I are... are... we are... secret lovers."

"What Aud how could you! You know I like him how could you hurt me like this?  It all made since now.  Every time I talked about him she either became uncomfortable or wanted to change the subject. She leans over and laugh and laugh. I just wanted to slap her. I feet so hurt so betrayed by my own best friend.

"Sit down Carls," she finally said after catching her breath. Aud sighed deeply and turned to me. She wiped away my tears that I didn't even realize fell. That's how mad I was.

"I was joking. I'm not like Scarlet. Alex and I have known each other for a long time. We went to high school together."

"Really? Alex went to Hillary High?"

"Yes he did now stop interrupting  me. He was apart of Kyle's clique."

Flashback (Hillary High)

Audrey's POV

"Get up you slutty whore!" I could feel glue being poured on my clothes and my books were thrown on the floor next to me. They all walked away except for him.

"C'mon Alex don't waste your time pittying her. We have to go!" He looked at me one last time and then walked away. Lucky me I always bring an extra change of clothes to school but I knew that I'd be late for 4th period P.E. if I changed now.

I could hear the whistle blow and I ran to the field where everyone was.

"Circelli! You're late! I want 3 laps now!" I knew better than to argue with coach so I ran. When I was done, I walked over to the soccer field.

I was placed on a team with my best friend which I was thankful for. Soccer was my sport and everyone knew it.

"Alright . Tanner's team will play Tom's team. Suzanne's team will play Mya's team and Kyle's team will play Audriana's team. Kyle walked to me and got really close. I backed up a bit.
