Carly's POV

5 days later

"I still can't believe that he said that to me Aud! I feel so disrespected! Like the night was going well and I actually believed that he liked me. How can I be so stupid!?! Aud! Audrey are you listening to me?" She was eating a double cheeseburger with fries. I took it from her and threw it out the window.

"Listen to me! I said as we stopped at a red light. I turned to her and saw that her eyes started to water up.

"Yo, don't you ever do that to me another day in your life! Got it? And Carly, it was 5 freaking days ago! And this is Alexander Cipriani we're talking about here. You need to get over yourself he probably already moved-..." She covered her mouth and her eyes went wide.

"Pull over!"

I pulled to the side of the rode and she opened the door and threw up. A LOT might I add. When she was done, she closed the door and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. She holds her head down and start to cry.

Alexander's POV

"So like I was saying, she slapped me and told me that I didn't know anything about her or her precious father. What do you think that was all about?" I was standing in my boss's kitchen making him breakfast. I was his personal assistant or as I like to call it, right hand man. I called him the night of the charity, but he was busy and I wasn't able to talk to him until now. I looked behind me and at him. He was leaning against the counter eating an apple and scrolling through his phone.

"Adam! Are you even listening to me?!? "

"Watch your tone boy, and don't burn my eggs."

"Arrgghhh!!" I turned back around and put his sausage, eggs, and pancakes on a plate.

"But seriously though. It's something about her that I can't quite decipher." I slid his plate to him.

"What's her name?"

"She said it was Carly." He stopped mid chew and put his fork down.

"What did she look like?"

"Well she had long brown hair that was curled. Light skin tone and nice curves. She kind of looked like...you?" My voice drifted off on that last part and it sounded more like a question than a statement. He picked up a napkin and wiped his mouth.

"That's my baby girl." he smiled sadly and I awkwardly averted my eyes to the floor. There was a very long silence until I broke it.

"Is there any way possible that I could,... I don't know maybe ask her on a-

"No."

"Allllllright," I said dragging out the "All" part and looking to the floor again.

"Can you just think abou-

"No." He picked up his plate and scrapped his food in the garbage. I stared at him with my mouth agape.

"C'mon. We have some work to do."

Carly's POV

"Aud are you pregnant?" I asked grinning harder than I ever did before in my life.

"You know what Carly? I really don't know. I've been puking like that for a while now but I just think that it's the stomach flu."

"Stomach flu my butt! Girlll you got something baking in your oven and I'm going to be an Auntie!" I squealed in excitement and did a little happy dance in my seat.
