Getting into the club was no problem; they all entered through the back door of the club which Fallon didn't even think about. She couldn't lie though, the anxiety that was pooling at the bottom of her stomach was growing by the minute. Crowds and strangers didn't mix well for her, she was trying so hard to be confident and perhaps it delayed the anxiety that was growing.
Yet, she stood by the halls holding her stomach and observing her surroundings. The boys had all gone forward to enjoy the club and as much as she wanted to stick by them because they were now the only reliable people she knew, she clung onto the wall and waited.
That was when Chris noticed, he was always in the back of the group to make sure no boys were left behind or lost and he was glad he was able to see Fallon. He noticed by her body language that she felt uncomfortable, he saw how she stared at Lloyd who was now dancing with a random girl like he always did. Her face looked cold and he always admired her poker face but at times like this, he just wanted her to have fun, he didn't want to leave her at the house alone with the maids. He wanted to teach her how to have fun but only at his side, god knows what would happen if he wasn't by her side to protect her.
"I'll be by your side," He walked up to Fallon who looked at him scrunching up her eyebrows. "I'll order you a couple of shots, you should be able to loosen up."
"Shots?" She had a frown sitting on her face now, maybe she wasn't the kind to drink? "Are you offering a minor a drink?"
"Technically, you're not a minor," Chris chuckled. "You work for me, we all drink here I mean Lloyd started drinking before your age."
"Really?" She nodded. "I mean, I've always wanted to and my mom always offered but-"
"No buts, many teenagers drink it's a part of life," Chris called over a guy who nodded his head and showed them to the bar where they sat down. "We'll start with a few alcoholic drinks then, no shots."
"I don't trust this," She looked at him a little more scared. "What if something bad happens."
"Fine, you don't have to drink but if you choose to I'll make sure nothing happens to you." Chris takes a shot before passing a drink towards the girl. "If you don't drink it, I'll drink it."
She stared at the drink knowing that it would be the first time she drank, she needed to try for her mother. She needed to take risks and who was she to suddenly side with the law when she was quite literally in a gang? There was no more following the law because the people she was with had broken it countless times! She didn't feel pressured into drinking, she was going to do this for herself. She took the black straw and slowly drank from the cup, Chris stared at her with his eyes widening at how much she had drank. She had almost downed the entire drink but she stopped and squeezed her eyes shut, it was the the taste of alcohol that finally hit her, and dare she say it was gross in a good way. She could definitely down a shot right now, she really could but she chose to stare at her boss in a more... different way.
"I'm not drunk," She put her hand up in defense. "I heard it takes a while."
"Yeah, for normal drinkers," Chris scoffed shifting his weight on the counter, he ordered another shot for himself before turning to look at her again. "You might just get a little dizzy with a bit of luck, but then again I don't know how well you take in alcohol."
"I'm not sure, I guess we'll find out," She stared at Lloyd again who was dancing with a different girl this time, she didn't even notice how many different girls he danced with. "Is he always crowded like that?"
