"Yes, Alex, I know I'm probably overthinking this, but seriously, who else could her caption be about?" I express my frustration to Alex over the phone as I walk through London. After making some quick stops at clothing stores, I'm now headed back to Lando's friend's house where we're staying.

"You know you can trust Lando, but it's fine if you don't trust Coco," she reassures me, and I nod, even though she can't see me.

"Okay, well, I've got to go. Bye, love you," I say before ending the call. As I go to put my phone away, I'm suddenly knocked to the floor, my bags scattered around on the pavement.

"Fuck," I mutter, rubbing my head as I glance around at everything scattered on the floor.

"Oh shit, I am so sorry," a guy with a British accent says, leaning down and offering me his hand.

I gladly accept his hand and am helped up from the floor. Standing before me is a guy with jet black hair, piercing green eyes, and a small scar that runs across his cheek.

"Um, it's fine," I say hurriedly, quickly bending down to gather my fallen bags.

"I'm Aaron, by the way," he says randomly, and I raise a brow in surprise as I shake his hand.

"Hi Aaron, uh, I'm Stella," I say softly as I retract my hand.

"Well, it was nice to meet you. I better head off now," I say, chuckling softly as I offer a small smile.

"It was lovely to meet you, Stella. And once again, I'm sorry," he says in an elegant voice, nodding before walking off.

What a weird interaction.

"Baby!" I say happily as I walk inside Max's house, Lando's best friend. I met him a couple of days ago when I touched down in the UK, and he's such a lovely person.

"Hi, angel," Lando greets me as he emerges from the kitchen, dressed in a cozy hoodie and sweatpants. It seems like he's just woken up from a nap.

"Max is live right now, and he's begging me to join," Lando says, wrapping his arms around my waist and lifting me up, causing me to drop my bags to the floor.

I lace my legs around his waist as he carries me to the kitchen and gently places me on the counter.

Wrapping my arms around his neck, I press my body against his. "And why aren't you joining him?" I pout, tilting my head slightly. He chuckles, his warm breath tickling my skin. "Because I prefer to spend time with you," he murmurs, leaning in to kiss my neck. I giggle as he trails kisses up my jaw, his hands exploring my body.

Suddenly, his phone starts to ring, interrupting our intimate moment.

He grabs his phone, still holding me close to him, and glances at the screen. "It's Coco, I have to take this, but we're continuing this later," he says, giving me a light kiss. I force a smile and act happy, but as soon as he turns around and heads to the living room, my smile fades away.

Coco has been calling Lando every hour of the day recently, she's not leaving him alone.

Rolling my eyes in frustration, I get off the counter and make my way upstairs. I walk over to Max's gaming room and knock on the door.

"Is it finally Lando, guys?" Max's voice comes from inside the room. He opens the door and widens his eyes when he sees me.

"It's not Lando, but it's definitely better," he chuckles, opening the door wider for me to enter.

If Lando wants to occupy his time with Coco, I might occupy my time with Max.

He takes a seat, and I stand in front of his camera. "Hi, chat," I say softly, leaning down to read all the messages coming through.

"Hi, Bella!" I wave enthusiastically. "Hello, Piper," I add with a smile. The chat is filled with questions about Lando and me, and I honestly couldn't keep up.

I grabbed a chair and joined Max for the rest of the afternoon, chatting and laughing together.

And Lando was still on the phone with Coco.
