I thought that I'll die, but then I heard footsteps and I heard a voice that sounded like someone spoke through a Radio

Izuku:The Radio Demon? Like you're from hell?
Alastor:You're smarter than you look, boy. But yes. I'm from Hell. I'm here because you attracted me here and so I came.
Izuku:How did I attracted you here?
Alastor:You see, my friend. You'r anger and hate on this society.
Izuku:It's true that I hate this stupid system, but what can I do? I'm Quirkless.

Alastor:I have a way to give you power. Do we have a deal?
Izuku:I'm sorry, Alastor. I think you're a nice guy, but I just meet you. How can I trust you?
Alastor:That's true. But don't worry. I'm not mad at all. It's you'r choice. Whenever you want, you just say my name and I'll come.

Izuku is heading "home" after being scold by the Heroes after he goes to save Katsuki and before that he asked All Might if he can become a Hero and All Might laughed and said no
Then he hide to a dark corner after he heard his former friends(1A) who turned their backs on him since he was 4 years old
