After the incident at the garage, I looked into my mirror in my bathroom. This hair... long... White. My bangs went to my top lip. I pushed my bangs back and examined my face.

White skin... Blue eyes... stubble beard... lip piercings... ugh. I threw my hair back, and put a flat bill hat on backwards, making my bangs stay out of my face. I also took all of my peircing out and sat them down.

I grabbed my wallet and looked inside. 9 Dollars... I ran outside with my wallet and looked around. I found a gas station and walked inside. I grabbed a soda and took it to the counter.

He scanned the soda and looked at me.

"Two fifty please."

I looked him in the eyes handing him a five.

"Are you guys hiring?"

"No, sorry. There's a restaurant down there called uh... Adrian's Deli? They need a cook."

I shook my head.

"I guess its time to learn baking skills."

He handed me my change and I looked at him.

"Keep it."

I took my soda and walked down to the Deli. I opened the front door and stepped inside.

"Sorry sir, were not open yet. Were getting ready, give it 20 minutes and shop will be up and running."

Said a woman in a apron.

"Uh.. yeah haha. No im looking to apply for a job in the kitchen?"

"Oh! Jeremy? Your a bit early for your appointment but we can have you now."

"Jeremy?- oh yeah. Sure, where do I go?"

"Follow me."

      meanwhile at the parking garage.

"What was he talking about Ashley?"

Blake said.

"I dont know... he's always being stupid."

"What? Did you not tell him about your little fangs you got there?"

Blake laughed.

"Shut up. Ill tell him eventually."

She said.

"I can't believe he thinks its magic! Hahaha-"

She pushed him.

"Leave him alone. He may not be the smartest but he's one hell of a kid."

"Yeah, kid compared to you! Arent you like 10,000 years old?"

She rolled her eyes.

"No Blake. Im 62. I look 15 or 16 because I age 1/4 of the speed you humans do."

He shook his head.

"Okay Grandma."

She rubbed her face as tears dripped off of her cheek.

"What? I.. I'm sorry I didnt mean to call you th-"

"No! Justin... he wont love me! He... he's going to kill me..."

                     Back at the deli.

"Okay Jeremy, you seem fit for the job. We'll be paying $12 an hour. Working hours are from 8AM to 1PM for you, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,  and Thursday. Four days on three off."

"Seems fit for me, thank you."

I shook her hand.

"And uh... just call me Jay."

She smiled.

"As you wish Jay."

I nodded and left the Deli. So... I work on Monday. Ugh. 4 days until work. I walked back home and sat down on my bed. I messaged Ashley.

'Coming over?'

'I guess.'

I put my phone on the charger and walked back to the mirror in the bathroom. I examined my face again. Its... untouched. No scars, no acne... im lucky.

I rubbed my face feeling the curves of my cheeks and nose along with the curve from my jaw to my neck, feeling the short hairs tickling my hands.

I smiled and walked back to my room. Throwing my hat to the ground, yet my bangs now stay in place.

I heard Ashley walk up the stairs so I turned around and saw her at my door. She smiled and looked at me.

"You're a dork."

She kissed my cheek.

"What?"

I asked.

"Your hair. Why is it put back?"

"Because my face is beautiful obviously."

She chuckled and looked into my eyes.

I sat down on my bed and looked up at her.

"I got a job today."

She sat next to me.

"Oh really?"

"Mhm.. at the Deli down the street. Im going to be making food all damn day."

She laughed.

"Its a job so oh well. Money is money."

We layed down and closed our eyes. I pulled her close to me and waited for tommorow to come.

                The next morning.

"Justin, training."

Said father.

I sat up and rubbed my face.

"Five minutes father.."

He left my room. I stood up and pushed my bangs back. I took off my shirt and looked down at my body. Smooth, hairless besides the hair below my belly button.

I walked down the stairs and threw shoes on before heading outside. Once I was out, I walked to my father.

"So... whats on the list today?"

I asked.

"Well, I want you to meet someone."

A man stepped forward. He was a bigger figure. He looked into my eyes.

"Hello Justin."

"Hey."

"Im Derek."

I looked at my father.

"And what am I supposed to do with Derek?"

My father shook his head.

"Hes a very important member to the community."

I looked back at Derek. I lend a hand out. He grabbed it and shook my hand.

"Well, this man will be a huge part of your career."

I nodded.

"Well, you can go. Me and Derek have important things to discuss."

I waved goodbye. Who was this guy? Hes important? I... I dont know anything about this community.
