My choice is to drop that moment
Im choosing to unhold its hand
To allow the feelings that came to go
Let them it sink in the sand
To move on from this big event
And focus on much more
To embrace life and all its beauty
And the things there are to adore
I can't undo what happened
But I choose to loosen its hold
To look out the window and sleep at night
I know this strength is bold
Although it brought discomfort
The moment need me there to be right
And now that I choose to let it go
I will be able to sleep alone at night
