I have changed a lot I know
I look at my old self and I see
The progress that was slow
The mistakes I made are part of me
They're growing pains though
Everything I have gone through
And everyone who left
Became lessons that were new
And they taught me step by step
The growing pains were due
Although it was quite painful
And the end of it I didn't see
I've grown and I am grateful
Because all those pains made me
