Explosions all over my mind
Waiting for the time to go bye
Take a breath in hope it will flee
The anger is taking over me
Racing, jumping from place to place
Stare at one thing, stay in one space
No focus for a second or bit
Thinking of everything, all of it
Drowning in pools for sorrows of me
My head it hurts and it is pounding
Wiping the tears until it's dry
Don't worry, 20 minutes and back to cry
Slower than slow and slow as can be
Like looking at it but I cannot see
