It's now been a week and Camila could finally speak. It was hard to walk at first but after pushing herself, she could walk the same again.
Camila's family came and visited here and there. Ariana was apologizing for never visiting her enough but she was happy Camila got her voice back. The two caught up and it was amazing. But only to her. To Camila, it was the worst thing ever because she'd only realize Shawn isn't real.
Zayn and Gigi visited her. Hopefully Zayn would know who Shawn was so she asked him, but he looked at Gigi the same way Nicole looked at Jack and both of them seemed confused. They didn't know who Camila was talking about but were sorry she was experiencing this.
The next day, Camila got discharged and Jack wanted to escort her, to take Camila home, but she insisted he'd go back to his wife and child. They of course weren't living with her like they were in her coma dream. Jack and Nicole had their own small house with a son.
Sighing as she packed all your things, she walked out of the place Camila wishes she never came to and took in a huge breath of air, exhaling as her feet stepped out of the hospital property.
Looking at the people who were walking around, she was reminded of all the times her and dream Shawn had came out and played around outside.
Tears wanted to escape her eyes but she didn't let them. Taking out her phone and turning it on, the Apple logo popped up and then came her home screen. Expecting it was Shawn and Camila, it was actually her, Jack, Nicole, and their son when she gave birth to him.
But the picture was soon covered with millions and millions of notifications. Most of them were from Instagram. Opening up the app, she saw a bunch of dms from the past 7 months saying they wish for Camila to wake up and only 2 of them were hate messages saying she shouldn't ever wake up. Which a part of her didn't, because if she didn't, Shawn would still exist there.
Ignoring those two, she went to her page. And her eyes widened as the screen displayed 5 million followers with a verification sign next to her name. Nicole told Camila what a famous Instagram star she is and how she got followers every second—she wasn't exaggerating—even fan accounts were made for Camila.
The last post Camila made was 7 months ago, of course and all the comments were saying, "Wake up soon!", "We miss you Cami, our lives aren't the same without you." And, "Camila, wake up wake up! You need to snatch our wigs again!!" Chuckling at that, she decided to take a picture right now.

After posting that, a bunch of notifications came out and everyone commenting, liking, tagging Camila in posts and even people already making funny memes and videos of people crying because she was awake.
Camila definitely commented and responded to as many people she could. Finding a bench by a near park, she sat down and smiled, scrolling through Instagram.
She decided to look through everything else on her phone. Especially photos.
Most photos were of her and food. As well as Jack's meme photos for whenever he came over to see Nicole when she wasn't married to him. Smiling at the photos, she exited out of the camera roll and searched through all her other apps.
Suddenly, a message from Jack on Facebook popped up.

Camila was still at the park, so no. But she lied to him so Nicole wouldn't worry. Standing up and walking towards her home after responding yes to him, she sighed, pocketing her phone.
Thoughts of Camila's dream in the coma went around her mind. So basically, Shawn went around your mind. Also, Nick did.
They said Nick wasn't real, but maybe she could search up on her computer to find a man named Nick Jonas. Rushing home with determination, Camila set her goal for a new start.
