She stared at Shawn after she stopped crying.
He stared into her eyes as well.
"Shawn, I love you, and I'm sorry."
Her sobs came back once more and he questioned as to why she was sorry, but she didn't respond, instead she just sobbed her heart out.
He wrapped his arms around her fragile body, embracing her. His lips went to her head as he gave her a small kiss on it.
"I love you more Cammy, and I mean it."
The way he said it made her cry even harder. The way he said it was true, he loved her more. And he wouldn't let her go, but he didn't know that he would soon be taken away from the one he neglected.
Ding dong.
