Fireworks: Forever Chapter Twenty-Two

    The entire entertainment industry was a bit shaken up. Information spread from the music industry to the film industry, and from that industry to the publishing world. Fortunately for the publishing industry, they were relatively safe from drama. That industry was so oversaturated at this point that no one was worried about some random person publishing an autobiography that would ultimately be buried in the nearest bookstore bargain bin.

    Slowly, music entertainers started to play the parts they'd been given. Travis Kelce made sure he was photographed checking out other women during events where Taylor was present. This resulted in an onslaught of fanpages zooming in on the photos and videos to put him on blast, which further resulted in a bunch of hate comments being posted to his social media pages. Football fans rejoiced, because they were tired of the couple's overexposure, anyway. All they cared about was getting full coverage of games back, instead of missing plays because cameramen were too busy zooming their lenses all the way up Taylor's nostrils as she drank beer and rooted on her man. Doja Cat went on Instagram live, initially vibing with her fans and then spiraling into a crazed rant about angels and demons. SZA posted revealing selfies to her social media and Drake replied with a few heart eye emojis. Fans were quick to peep this and leave a barrage of question marks in response. 

[beccasworld11112]: Excuse you, sir, aren't you taken? (arched eyebrow emoji)

    Blogs were quick to jump on all of the bizarre turns of events. They were so overwhelmed with real stories to report, that most of them forgot to post ads. The sheer amount of celebrities acting out forced blog reporters to work around the clock. Blogs that were known to stop posting shortly after midnight were now posting at three and four in the morning. Fans were confused at what was happening.

[XXXBrave_HeartXXX]: I don't know what's going on with celebrities right now, but I blame Katt Williams for all of this BS. After the interview where he put everyone on blast, it was like everyone was given permission to act up.

      [SicilyValentin]: Did you see Drake putting heart eyes on SZA's pics? Like, what is really going on?! He's supposed to be with Mia!

      [Tatii1238]: I hate to say it, but are we really surprised? Did we really think Drizzy was going to settle down before he retired? He's been wild during his entire career.

    Drake tortured himself by reading comments at first. He was an admitted social media addict, and he was curious to know how his fans were taking the comments he'd left on SZA's photos. He quickly learned that it was better not to read the comments. Fans loved Mia and were willing to go to war for her. There were hundreds of, "If he's hurt our girl, we ride at dawn" comments. He continued strategizing with his team and still continued to keep Mia in the dark regarding what his separate instructions were. 

    Funny how you could know you were doing something wrong, something you'd regret, and yet still feel that you had to do it. She was already wanting to ride into battle against the Powers That Be, and if she knew that he was given orders to start dating Nicki, she wouldn't even be willing to play along with the SZA storyline. She'd go riding in blind and probably wind up hurt in the process. That was something he couldn't allow to happen; at least, that's the reason he gave himself for hiding that last piece of information from her. 

    Drake invited SZA to his in-home studio. "If we're going to play along with this bullshit, we might as well get some good music out of it," he told her.

    "Agreed," she said, practically bouncing in excitement. Her attitude about all of this was so different from everyone else involved. The acting out storylines didn't seem to phase her, and there were probably several reasons for that. One, her storyline involved someone she had history with, someone she halfway trusted. Two, her storyline involved stealing someone's man away from them. That was relatively tame, considering some of the storylines going around. Three, she got to play out her storyline with someone who'd started out in the acting space. Four, Mia approved of the collaboration - at least for now. Her mood would probably be a lot different if she was given Doja Cat's borderline Satanic rants as the storyline she had to act out.
