Mirae knew it wasn't a date, but the fact that it was her first time out alone with Seungmin made it hard for her to not consider it as one.

Seungmin was telling her something about how Bora doesn't like crafts and stuff so she denied his proposal to this pottery event, but she was too engrossed in studying his features from near to hear him talk about his girlfriend. But she did listen to him anyways. Not just listen she also reacted to what he said in 'oh reallys?' & 'ah that's bads' & 'no ways', etc... It was fun with him. Even though they weren't having a conversation, it was still fun.

It wasn't Seungmin's first time to this place. She saw how the instructors quickly came to them as soon as they entered the workshop.

"Long time no see," A woman patted his back and walked him to an empty table. He introduced Mirae to the woman, who was Na Inseong. She was in the pottery business for the past 12 years.

"It used to be a hobby, but I monetized it." She said laughing. "Mr. Kim can you please teach Ms. Jung the basics? I feel like I'm needed more on the other table since they are all first timers."

Seungmin looked over at the first timers and then at Mirae. She realised he was being hesitant because it would involve a lot of touching. She opened her mouth to say that she knew the basics, but Seungmin nodded to Ms. Na before that.

Something inside her wanted to be selfish that day. She knew she'd feel extremely guilty after going back, but right now, not a nerve of her could make her strong enough to pull herself away.

Seungmin then looked at her, after Ms. Na left, "Shall... we?"

She nodded and sat down beside him. Seungmin scratched his nape looking at the wheel in front of them that already had some mud left from the group who worked before them.

"Should I give you a demo before you go?" He asked her sitting infront of the wheel. She just nodded and watched him roll the sleeves of his maroon t-shirt.

He began rotating the wheel slowly and increasing the pace when he had given some initial shape to the mud that was already there. After a few minutes, he already had a small tea-cup and was providing it with the final touches. Mirae smiled with satisfaction because the cup looked perfect.

"Wow Seungmin," She clapped her hands and laughed in shock. "You're too skilled in this."

Seungmin just shrugged and clicked his  tongue. "I come here occasionally to practice." He looked at her, and then pointed at the sphere vase behind her. "I made that."

Mirae opened her mouth wide. The first time she saw him in their pottery club class, she thought he might just be passing his time. But by now she realized that nothing was timepass for Seungmin. He put his heart into everything.

He's lovely, she thought.

"Your turn miss," He smiled. "You saw how I rotated the wheel? It's easy. You.. should be able to do that much."

Mirae nodded. She wanted to tell him that she can do more than just rotate the wheel, but the muscles near her mouth just didn't move.

She started spinning the wheel, clumsily at first so he doesn't doubt her. After a few seconds she asked him, "Am I doing fine?"

Seungmin nodded, "Keep going."

It was her cue to get back to normal. Once she got hold of the speed, she touched the mud with two of her fingers first. Seungmin vigorously shook his head. "The entire palm, Mirae. Use your entire palm."

"Oh, okay." She mumbled nervously. He was sitting right across, staring at her hands, making her anxious about her movements. She was starting to realize that she actually had forgotten how to shape the mud. As soon as it was starting to lose texture, she heard Seungmin stand up, pushing his chair behind. He walked over and put his right palm on hers, the hesitation evident.
