'Charlie you know we shouldn't be doing this' Saffron said through desperate kisses against his neck.

'You and I both know we want this' Charles replied hungry for the taste of her 'get on the bed' he instructed.

'Charlie' Saffron moaned.

'I love when you say my name' he said. His voice muffled by the fabric of Saffron's dress.

'Oh my god' She said as the pleasure ran through her body. She leaned back onto the bed, back arching with each stroke of his tongue.

'That's right baby' He said softly against her.

'Charlie Charlie' she said desperately 'I'm gonna-'

Saffron woke up suddenly. She bolted upright in bed. She looked around and rubbed her eyes. Still her room, still her bed. She looked next to her, still her husband. She blinked a few times before rubbing her face with her hands. She shook her head before quietly creeping out of bed. She crept out of the room down the hallway and out to the back deck. She opened the pool gate and stood in front of the dimly illuminated pool of water. She held her breath and dove in. As she hit the water she closed her eyes and forced herself to stay down for a bit before coming back up.

Dreaming about Charles.

God.

What was next she thought.

She lay on her back floating around the pool staring up into the black night sky. The stars sparkling ever so brightly. The moonlight dancing around the droplets of water on her skin. She lay there and evaluate herself.

As she float around she heard the pool gate open. Soon a sleepy looking Max was staring down at her confused. She stared back at him with no emotion.

'What are you doing out here?' He asked quietly.

'Thinking' she said.

'About what?' He asked.

She shrugged.

'Are you okay?' He asked.

She nodded 'just wanted to go for a swim' she said before standing back up in the pool.

'In just your pyjama top and underwear?' He asked raising an eyebrow.

She looked down.

'Yeah I guess' she said shrugging.

'Huh' he said 'we should probably get you out of those wet clothes' Max said suggestively, smirking looking at his wife whose clothes were sticking to every part of her body.

She smiled.

'Come here' he said with an outstretched hand.

Saffron placed her hand in his before pulling him into the pool laughing.

'Wait wait wait' Lottie said, her face startled 'you had a sexy dream about Charles?' She asked.

Saffron sighed and nodded her head playing with the blocks that Ced was building with.

'Girl what are you doing?' She asked.

'I don't know. I don't know' she said sighing 'I'm just confused' she said.

'Well get Charles out of your damn mind babe. You have a husband and a baby now. You can't be dreaming of other men' she said.

'I know I know' Saffron said.

Lottie stared back at her 'sorry' she said sheepishly 'i shouldn't have been harsh but babe you can't be doing that' she said.

The pair paused and stared.

'What was he doing in this dream?' She asked coyly.

Saffron smiled and indulged.

'Woah' Lottie said clutching her chest 'is it bad that I can picture him doing that to me' she said fanning her face.

Saffron frowned 'now who's dreaming of other men' she said laughing 'you can't be doing that. You have a boyfriend' Saffron said in a mocking tone.

Lottie laughed.

'How is Patrick by the way?' Saffron asked.

Patrick was Lottie's boyfriend of 2 years now. Patrick Lipinski was a professional AFL player for Collingwood Football Club. She met him on a work trip to Melbourne. She was doing some commercial leasing work for the club and just happened to bump into him while he was training. He took to her immediately and the pair had been dating ever since.

'He's good although he's been a little suspicious lately' She said frowning.

'Why's that?' Saffron asked.

What Lottie didn't know was that Saffron knew Patrick was being sneaky. He was going to propose to her soon and he had been asking Saffron about the ring, what he should do, where he should do it, how she should do it. Quite frankly he was panicking wanting to make this moment special. She reassured him it would be fine and guided him through what to do. He even FaceTimed her when buying a ring to make sure he got the right one.

'I don't know it just feels off' she shrugged 'maybe I'm just imagining it' she said shaking her head.

Saffron was slightly worried. She just needed Lottie to not be suspect for another couple of weeks. Saffron was flying down to surprise her with the engagement. Saffron and Patrick had planned the whole thing. He would take her to get her nails done on Saturday, lunch at a beautiful beachside restaurant and then an afternoon mountain walk to get to the clearing where the sun would set at around 7.30pm. He would propose just sa the sun set over the city.

Saffron would get to the mountain early and hike her way up. One thing she used to hate when she lived in Australia was when Lottie made her hike up a mountain. She would take her time knowing they wouldn't be there for ages. She planned on having lunch at the little cafe at the top and enjoy not having a baby and a husband to worry about in the moment.

'Maybe work just has you on edge with flying in and out of Brisbane and Melbourne so much' Saffron suggested.

'Ugh you are probably right' she said.

'Why don't you just move and transfer to Melbourne for work?' Saffron asked.

'To be honest I've been thinking about leaving Creasey and Tibin's' Lottie said.

'Why's that?' Saffron asked.

She shrugged 'do something different I guess' Lottie said 'I haven't spoken with Patrick about it yet. I was going to talk to him about it soon'.

'I'm sure he would love to have you with him in Melbourne' Saffron assured.

'You're probably right' Lottie said staring over at Cedric.

A silence fell among the pair.

'So when are you next coming to Australia?' She asked 'we haven't seen each other physically in like a year. We never wait that long' Lottie said.

'I know I know. There's been drama lately between Max and Carlos. I'm trying to stay out of it whilst also trying to be there for Max but honestly a trip home might do me some good' Saffron said.

'Yes yes yes!' Lottie exclaimed 'you have to come soon and tell me when you do. I'll pick you up from the airport, we can go for lunches and dinners. I'll take the time off work. If im working' she said getting all excited.

'That sounds perfect. I'll let you know when I book flights. I have been looking. I'm thinking maybe within the month' Saffron said.

Lottie squealed 'omg' she said clapping 'I can't wait to see my little Ced' she said beaming down at him.

'He ain't so little anymore' Saffron said 'he's two and always on the move. It's exhausting' she said leaning back into the couch laying her head on the seat.

Lottie laughed 'we are going to have so many play dates when you're back home' she said smiling.
