5. Did i time travelled

she slapped him across the face. The sound of her hand connecting with his cheek echoed through the whole room, and the man's eyes widened in shock and anger.

Seeing this everyone present there except Priyanshi start to tremble in fear. Anamika's maids says in nervousness, "Maharaj are...are you okay?"

Hearing the maharaj from maids mouth, Priyanshi starts looking at the man in surprise

Did i perhaps slap a king?, what should I do now? Is he angry? Is he going to kill me now? no no I don't want to die, i should say sorry to him

"I'm sorr..." Before Priyanshi could finish saying He angrily twists her hand behind her back and then pins her against the wall

"Aapki himmat kese hui!" (How dare you!) he roared, his face turning a deep shade of red. "You have to pay for that!"

But as he glared at Priyanshi, something unexpected happened. His anger began to fade, replaced by a strange mix of emotions.

He couldn't deny the fact that he was attracted to this bold, fearless woman who had the courage to stand up to him.

It was new for him no-one has ever dare say a word to him, but Priyanshi slapped him in front of everyone, he was angry but he calms himself down and let go of her hand

The king says, "I'm sorry, but where do you think you're going?"Priyanshi was a little scared by then, "aapko mujhse bina puche mujhe chuna nahi chahiye tha" (You should not have touched me without asking me)

"What did you say?" He asked "Nothing...nothing at all," Priyanshi says fearfully.

Priyanshi tries to go out again but he holds her hand again "No..you cannot go out right now, Ved ji has said so, you need rest and after all you have done, still you want me to let you go"

Priyanshi angrily says, "But I want to go out and just have a look outside for once."

Hearing her He takes a deep breath and says, "That's it. If i let you go out, will you rest quietly after that?"

Priyanshi quickly nods her head in yes, seeing this he further says "thik hai, agar aap yehi chahati hai toh.." (ok, then if this is what you want)

After saying this, he lifts Priyanshi in his arms, seeing this everyone's eyes remain wide open, and Priyansh's face turns red, "What...what are you doing?" She said

"Shh...aapko bahar jaana hai na, toh chup rahiye" (Shh...you want to go out right, so keep quiet) Hearing him, Priyanshi becomes quiet.

He takes Priyanshi in his arms and takes her out of the room. But Priyanshi become shocked to see the palace.

The palace interior was a symphony of grandeur and artistry. Marble pillars soared towards the heavens, their polished surfaces reflecting the flickering light of countless candles Intricate tapestries adorned the walls, depicting scenes of ancient battles and mythical creatures. The air was heavy with the scent of exotic flowers and the faintest hint of incense.

The sound of anklets was resonating everywhere in the palace; watching all this, Priyanshi got lost in her through.

Have I really gone back in time, but how?

Priyanshi was looked around as her attention focused on the king's face, Priyanshi couldn't help but be drawn to his rough handsomeness. His strong jaw line and angular cheek bones indicated a life lived with determination and purpose. Yet, beneath that rough exterior, his eyes radiated a warmth.

Looking at him, Priyanshi's face turns red like a tomato, but she controls herself.

Stop priyanshi, what am I doing attracted to this mad King i must have lost my mind.... but I can't deny he is handsome, no no priyanshi you just got heartbroken can't fall for another now atleast not with this mad King

She looks ahead and sees a place like a balcony and they both go there. When Priyanshi looks outside, she cannot believe her eyes.

In front of her was a large garden with peacocks roaming around with iridescent plumage. she could see a lush garden filled with exotic flowers which she never saw before and a gurgling fountains in front of her.

And the soldiers were also guarding down there, nothing was visible clearly at night but whatever was visible in the moonlight, Priyanshi could clearly understand from that, that she had indeed time travelled.

So this is true, I have gone back in time but how? How can this happen? How can someone do this? No, this is not true, no.. this can't be true

Priyanshi had understood that she had come back in time but she did not want to accept this. How did she come here? She was thinking this again and again, it is not easy for her to accept all this.

Priyanshi slowly starts feeling dizzy and falls unconscious. The king who was carrying her in his arm that time gets worried seeing Priyansh suddenly unconscious and tries to wake her up but Priyanshi does not wake up.

Next day

Priyanshi was sleeping comfortably on the bed, the morning sun rays was falling on her beautiful face, the sound of birds was echoing in the room. Just then Priyanshi wakes up from sleep.

Aayy (yawn), it was a very scary dream maybe I am working too much these days that's why I am getting weird dreams. Anyway how can someone go back in time it's impossible hahaha should just take a sick leave from office and go to a holiday only it's can fix me

she opens her eyes, and still in front of her was the same room, the same roof, the same chandelier. She quickly gets up from the bed "shit I am still here"

At that time a girl's voice comes from her side, "aap uth gai" (Have you got up?)

Priyanshi looks at that girl, a cute 17 year old girl who was walking towards her.

Priyanshi asks her "hum Kaun ho?" (Who are you?)
