Briella's POV
"And the winner of the X-Factor 2017 is..." The host Luke Jacobz said and there was a long pause, it felt like an hour but in reality was really only thirty seconds or so, "Briella Jacobs!" I screamed when he announced my name. Silver confetti came down from the roof and fell all over the stage I was standing on. I hugged my fellow competitor James Blake, and he congratulated me.
The introduction tune to my winner's single Hypnotising played and then I saw it. He was walking on stage with my daughter. Our daughter in his arms; it was all I could have asked for and more, "it must've hit me when I wasn't looking, woke up dizzy, I can't remember nothing, oh, oh but those sweet blue eyes" I sang along to the words as he wrapped me in his arms in a massive hug
"Congratulations," he said in to my ear as I continued to sing.
And it was there and then that I realised that Luke Hemmings was the one and that I'd made a huge mistake by not letting him be apart of our one year old daughters life, "you're love is hypnotising, hypnotising, hypnotising," I finished the song looking into his eyes, those bright blue eyes that once upon a time was all I needed to look at to change my mood once and for all.
