It was a few days after I had my mental breakdown; that the article, that I knew would eventually come out, was released. And even though I knew it was bound to come out eventually. I wasn't ready for what it said.

Briella Jacobs, Finally Emerges After Going Into Hiding.

2015 was a good and a bad year for the 5SOS fandom. We all saw both Luke Hemmings and Ashton Irwin fall in love, and surprisingly the fans were totally supportive of their new relationships. That was until December, when Luke Hemmings and his girlfriend of five months Briella Jacobs broke up, and no one knew why.

Shortly after the breakup, Briella disappeared off the face of the earth, never to be heard from again, until last week, when photos emerged on Twitter, of her and Alexandria Johnson, the girlfriend of Ashton Irwin, and Liz Hemmings. What shocked us all, was who else was there in attendance. A small child.
Later that same night, it was revealed that on the current season of X-Factor Australia , that Briella had a daughter, who is around a year old.

We knew for a few weeks that Briella was competing, as they'd shown teasers of her audition. None of us were prepared for what was revealed the night her audition aired though. As mentioned above, she told the world she had a one year old daughter.

In reality, there were three things that shocked us. One, that the girl has some damn good vocals on her, none of us ever expected her to be able to sing. Two, that Luke was only briefly mentioned a couple of times by the judges. This one is what shocked everyone though, the daughter.

The reveal of Briella, now 26 being a mother, has had the world asking so many questions. The main one being variations of, is Luke the father? Granted neither parties have commented on this in the last few days, so we can only assume.

There are so many questions revolving around the birth of this little girl, who if you look closely at the pictures posted from when Briella was seen with Lex and Liz, is completely adorable!

Like everyone else in the world, we here at Hollywood Gossip, are dying to know who the father is, and how the hell Ms Jacobs was able to keep this from the public for so long!

As mentioned on X-Factor, shortly after the breakup, she moved to Brisbane, and deleted all social media, just to keep her life private. And after what's been revealed, we're not surprised.

What we're curious about, is who the father is. Is it Luke's? Or someone else's?

Judging by the events of last year, with the 5SOS, frontman's dramatic overdose on stage during their Amsterdam show, one can only believe that it's not.

We could all tell that Luke was a wreck after the breakup. And now, we may have an idea as to why, he was such a wreck. Seeing as the child, is a year old, if the child is not his, it would mean that Briella, cheated and got pregnant. Which would make sense. You could tell how much he loved the girl, so we hope for everyone involved in this, that this is not the case, although all signs do point to it.

If the child is Luke's it's highly possible that he didn't want the child, as he is only 21 and his career, although the band are currently on a break, does not really allow for a child. It is also possible, that Briella kept the entire thing from him, as to not get in the way of his career.

We hope for all people involved, that Briella, didn't cheat on Luke; but unfortunately that's what it looks like. Then again, that's just our opinion. Tell us what you think at our Twitter @hollywoodgossuk.
