Madeleine Parker 𝒘𝒂𝒔 a perfect girl, co-captain of the Cheerios, Straight A student, everyone in McKinnley High adored her- how do their opinions change when she joins glee club and finds her true self. How will her fellow Glee Club members react...
Once again, we were in the choir room learning our dance routines. This time it was for Sectionals, except nobody had any energy in the room- Mr Shue eventually noticed this.
"Give me some energy, we've got sectionals in two weeks!" He exclaims.
"Pleasee, sectionals will be a breeze." Mercedes sasses. We recently found out we were competing against a school of deaf kids and a school of troubled girls.
"Maybe so, but if we breeze through sectionals- then we'll be killed at regionals."
Kurt interrupted him with a loud laugh and everyone stared at him.
"Sorry- funny Youtube. Maddie get a look at this."
I peer over Brittany's shoulders and laugh at the video.
Mr Shue ran his hands through his hair before rushing over to the whiteboard and writing.
'Competition'
Santana and I exchange a smirk as he continues.
"Split up, boys and girls. One week from today- you each can preform a mash-up of your choice. Whoever wins gets to choice the number we do for sectionals."
Santana links her arm with me as we walk out of the room.
"We have this in the bag."
Mercedes says confidently. -- We were hanging out in the dance room, Brittany and I were stretching on each other while Santana plucked her eyebrows. Eventually Rachel walked in looking nervous.
"Let's start our warmup girls... where is Quinn?" Rachel asks.
"Probably looking for elastic-waist pants."
Brittney mutters and I laugh along Santana before I stop myself- jeez the Cheerios are really getting to me.
"We can't get complacent." Rachel continues.
"Chill out."
I snap lifting my leg off Brittany's shoulder and joining Santana and Mercedes to do my mascara.
"I already picked the songs, Halo and Walking on Sunshine."
Mercedes announces to the group and receiving agreements from the other girls.
"That was my idea!" Rachel gasps.
"I say we wing it. All in favour to wing it"
I speak up casually. Everyone bar Rachel raises their hands so it was settled. We wander along to the Glee Room and I smirk at Tina and Mercedes.
"This should be fun."
I pull myself up onto the piano next to Santana, I dangle my feet on Mercedes's shoulders who was sitting on a chair in front of me.

They preform It's My Life & Confessions
My head spun around to stare at all the girls reactions, they all were smiling to hard and looked shocked on the inside.
"Let's rehearse at my house..." I mutter to everyone.
I didn't mind my friends coming to my house now that the entire school was about to know about my family. I would've eventually told most of Glee Club and if it was just them that found out, I would trust they'd keep my secret- but all those Jocks were there too and the word was spreading quickly- soon enough everyone would know. Santana, Quinn and Brittany showed up first, I sent Isabel away to her room and we watched some Tv until the others including Kurt showed up, even though he was on the opposite team and we got practising. After many tries we all knew it wasn't going to be as good as the guys.
"How did they perform so well?" Mercedes asks us.
"The real question is what were they on?"
Kurt finally spoke up and told us all about the pills Mr Shue's wife gave them. I was hesitant at first but I did my research and found that one of usage was harmless so we all agreed to take one each. Charlotte for some reason had multiple yellow dresses so we borrowed those and Tina did our hair while Brittany and Santana did our makeup, we looked great and felt great.

We preformed Walking On Sunshine & Halo
We were just as good- or even better than the boys, Mr Shue and Ms Pillsberry were staring at us flabbergasted after our performance. -- It wasn't long until Mr Shue found out and the Glee club was in trouble. Terri Schuester was fired as the school nurse and someone else was hired to help out to run glee club.
"Who is it?" Finn asked.
"Hey kids!" A familiar voice chuckled. I whipped my head around and couldn't help grin alongside Santana and Brittany as Sue stood there beaming at the door of glee club.
"I am thrilled to be on board this Glee Club!"
