12: Awkward meeting into, plans?

Ajax has been flinging this thing all over the damn place drifting it like a pro, with me screaming and laughing at the same time. I've never been in something this fast but god damn I can see it's appeal! He turns a corner and gets on the interstate, oh boy. I glance at him and he grins evilly, punching it and we go from 50 to 120 in what felt like 2 seconds.

He keeps the speed up and we fly past other cars, some honking at us. I'm holding the "oh shit handle" for dear life as he laughs like a manic. Then we hear sirens, and he sighs. "Ahh fun's over. Don't worry dawg I got this." He pulls over to the side and a cop rolls up behind us.

Ajax rolls the window down then pulls out his license and registration, then holds both while gripping the steering wheel. Cop walks up to the window and starts his routine of "license and registration please." But something behind the cop grabbed Ajax's attention as his face drops in astonishment. I lean forward to see who it is.

It's Fucking Sarah, or I guess Stardust right now as she's in her suit approaching us. She seems a bit shocked seeing me too, but I quickly throw myself back and hide my face a bit. This was supposed to be a regular stop, what the hell is she doing here?

The cop notices her, saying a few things, turns back grabbing Ajax's info, and then walks back to his car. Star lands and walks up to the window, "(Y/N)? Is that you?" She says trying to peer in but I'm shrinking myself into the seat. Ajax turns to me in shock, "Holy shit you know Stardust??" He asks grabbing me and shaking me.

I shake my head quickly, trying to deepen my voice I say "I'm sorry ma'am I have no idea who a (Y/N) is." Hoping Ajax catches on. "Nah dude how the hell do you know THE Stardust? God I'm such a fan miss!" This dude with his iq the same level as a basic room temp says to Star.

I sigh and turn back to face Star, and she's got a grin on her face. "Working for me and breaking the law?? How coy of you (Y/N).." she says saucily. I turn to Ajax, "I work as a janitor for the guild now, so technically I work for her but yknow." I inform him and he nods stupidly. She glances at him, "You know that going 60 over the limit can kill people right? I'd hate to have my dear coworker pass away due to negligence.." Star says pouting at him.

He nods like a dog, "Y-yea ma'am! I'm sorry! I wanted to show off!" She rubs his head and he sighs happily. See now why can't he be in my spot where he actually is a super fan of these girls? But knowing my luck, he wouldn't have to deal with all of this anyways. I sigh, noticing the cop come back to the window.

He hands Ajax's info back to him along with a ticket, it's pretty hefty looking. "Now son, I'm sure Missus Stardust has already told you but don't be reckless like that. Go to a track and race it there. It's what I do with my ford GT." Ajax nods and the cop heads back to his car. Star watches him leave then looks back at me.

She mutters something while softly blushing and then looks at Ajax. "Hey, mister. Do you mind if I take (Y/N) for a minute? I need to talk with him." She asks, he turns to me jealously and I shake my head no. He gives me a look, then a glint in his eye appears. He turns back to Star and grins. "Of course, Missus Star!" He jokes, and she blushes again.

"Oh! I'm not a Missus. Atleast not yet." She mutters loudly then quickly glances at me. please don't. I sigh, then take my seatbelt off opening the passenger door. I approach Star and she grins at me. "So? What's up." I say, then she hugs me randomly shocking me. Ajax whistles at the sight, and I see a few cars have slowed down pulling over to see Star as well.

She then whispers, "Hold on tight." Before gently bringing us into the air quickly. Oh shit oh fuck oh shit oh fuck oh shit oh fuck I'm dead IM DEAD. I close my eyes and brace myself hard, a second passes and we're back on the ground. I sigh in relief trying to exit her embrace but she doesn't let up.
