Alone Together (Firstfriendshipping)

A fluffy and angsty Firstfriendshipping oneshot where Goh is struggling to tell Ash how feels, and Chloe and Dawn know this so they lock him in a room with Ash and have cameras everywhere so they'll only let them out once something romantic happens. Goh has claustrophobia, so he has to try and act first before his fear starts to overwhelm him...

Goh's POV:

  I love Ash a lot, he's just so adorably cute and fun to be around. But the thing is... I don't know how to tell him how I feel...

  Every time in the pass, I've always gotten too flustered and then chickened put of doing it. The only people that I have told about my crush are Chloe and Dawn, and they have suggested other methods, but I just can't bring myself to do them.

  But one day, the two invite me and Ash to go and watch a contest with them. Me and my crush were both confused as to why we were invited but still decided to go anyway.

  I got on my Flygon, Ash got on Dragonite and Daw and her girlfriend got on Togekiss and then together we flew to Hearthome City in Sinnoh. But once we arrived in the building, both me and Ash needed to go to the toilet.

  So as we didn't know the way, Dawn showed us to it. I was a little concerned that the door didn't look like one you would see many toilet rooms would have, but she reassured us with a big grin that it was the right place.

  With that, we opened the door, she pushed us through and then we heard the largest slam for such a tiny door. It was pitch black so I started feeling around for the light.

  When I flipped the switch, we realised we were actually in a room with lots of cleaning supplies, and a small one. Ash wasn't freaking out, but I was.

  "Why would Dawn do this?" He asked.

  "I don't know but she obviously has some sort or plan up her sleeve!" I replied and began trying to pull the door open, but was failing.

  After few minutes, I started to feel tired and so I lay back against the wall. Since there was barely any space, my knees were touching Ash's. He smiled and my face went red all over.

  I felt so cramped and claustrophobic but also knew this could be my chance to tell Ash how I feel with no one watching or judging me.

  "So Ash, how are you feeling about all of this?" I asked.

  "I'm sad there isn't much space to move around but I'm pretty chill!" He answered in a calm and collected voice.

  "WHAT?!" I exclaimed.

  "Yeah!" He said, "How about you?"

  "I don't do well I'm tight spaces..." I mumbled and sat up, putting my red face into my knees.

  "I'm sure someone will let us out soon!" Ash tried to reassure me.

  "But don't the cleaners only clean at the end of the day?" I questioned, looking up again.

  He then came to the realisation and his stomach started growling.

  "Okay, we need to get out of here!" He said.

  For the next few minutes, we took turns to try and get the door opened. We tried pulling, punching, kicking... but nothing worked. And after a while, we were just too tired to try anymore.

  My claustrophobia was really extreme at this point so I ended up sitting next to Ash and cuddling up to him because he made me feel safe, and he also didn't seem to mind.

  Then there was nothing I realised I had to say, it was now or never:

  "Ash," I said.

  "Yeah?" He answered.

  "Just in case we never make it out of here, there is something I have to tell you!" I said.

  "Okay," He said and then stared into my eyes with his hazel ones, showing me I had his full attention.

  I took a few deep breaths due to the fact I was now hyperventilating and then told him...

  "I love you!"

  "You wh-" Before he could finish his sentence, I kissed him on the lips.

  It was very passionate, and one I leaned back, I saw that his cheeks were lighting up too.

  "So, d-do you l-love me back?" I asked.

  "Y-yeah!" He replied and then pulled me into a hug, "I live you so much!"

  And just after that, the door opened. We looked up to see Dawn and Chloe together.

  "Looks like our plan worked!" Chloe said and fist-bumped with her girlfriend.

  "WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?!" I yelled, still cuddling into the raven haired boy.

  "You were taking too long to tell him how you feel!" Dawn answered, and spun around a key on her finger, "Besides, I have the key to every single room at this place!"

  I started hyperventilating again, but this time with frustration. But then Ash put a hand around my shoulder.

  "It doesn't matter if this was all just a malicious plan, at least we're together now!" He said reassuringly.

  "Y-yeah, I guess your right!" I responded...
