The guard finishes repositioning his supplies and enters a code into the door. About five beeps sound as he enters the code then the doors swing open. On the other side two guards wait for us and we walk towards them. We're now standing in a long hallway, on the left and right sides its walls are completely made out of glass.
I glance out the large windows and notice that it's now dark outside. Luckily there are huge lights outside and they help me get a very nice view of a long line of huge aeroplane's.
I'm staring at them in awe, when the doors close behind us and I have the sudden urge to look behind me, to see if I can maybe spot the girl I had held hands with.
I know it's too late now and that there's no way I can spot her, so I resist the urge and focus my attention on the two guards. They motion for us to step forward. I do as they, my eyebrows raising up slightly as I curiously look at the guard who is closest to me. Out of the corner of my eye I see military guy do the same.
The guard gently grabs me by my wrist and starts pulling me along as we walk across the hallway. I look behind me and see the guard walking behind the
military guy, gun pointed at his back. I frown, feeling uneasy at the sight of the gun. I glance at the military guy and he looks unfazed by it.Yep, he should definitely sign up for the military. I look in front of me and my eyes focus on the guard dragging me. Why isn't he pointing his gun at me? I ignore my own question and the guard stops at a set of large metal doors. He puts in a pin and loud beeps sound as he enters it.
Once the pin is in, the metal doors slide open with ease, revealing another hallway but this one is almost completely made out of glass. The only part that is a trusty solid is the flooring.
The guard leads me through and we cross the short distance quickly. He stops again to enter the next pin. I take this time to look out the window. I let out a soft gasp as my eyes land on the wings of the aeroplane. It's still dark outside but again the huge lights help me get a great view of the aeroplane's wings.
They're so huge and awesome. I can't help but let a small excited smile grace my face. What can I say, even if it might be flying me to my doom, it'll still be my first time flying.
Loud beeps sound and I turn my head back towards the guard, my small smile disappearing. He opens the door and motions for me to go inside, where a lady wearing a blue pencil skirt, blazer and ascot is standing.
The lady waits until I step inside and from the corner of my eye I see the military guy enter as well. Okay military guy is too long, I'll upgrade his name to...number-mate? I sigh mentally, that's not any better but I'll take it.
Once we're both in, she starts leading us through the plane. The aeroplane has three rows inside of it, one row of two seats on the left side of the plane. Another row of three seats sits in the middle while the last row of two seats is at the right side of the plane. The rows are separated by a space in between where people can walk.
