Author's pov....

Pallaviiiii .......chop these vegetables fast....your Baapusa is leaving for Ramgarh and he is getting late ......Beena ji said to her and she nodded but the curiosity got the best out her as she heard Ramgarh.

Maa sa........why Baapusa is visiting there ....you know the purpose of his visit...she queried while washing the vegetable in the bucket before proceeding with the chopping.

I don't know exactly but he was talking something about marriage on the phone yesterday......Beena ji said keeping the pot on the clay stove to make the curry .

Marriage.......Kahi Baapu sa mere liye ladka dekhne toh nahi jaa rahe ..... Pallavi asked excitedly making Beena ji chuckle and slap Pallavi's head playfully.

Sharam nahi aati tujhe aasi baate karte hue.....her mother inquired and Pallavi just shook her head making Beena ji sigh .

Baapu sa se puch aao na ek baar .....Pallavi requested her mother with Puppy eyes .
Gussa karenge vo ....mei toh na puch Rahi ......tujhe itni jaldi hai toh tu puch le khud .....Beena ji dismissed her making Pallavi stomp her foot .

She entered the vardana where her father was having his breakfast and smiled at him nervously as he looked at her .

Baapu sa Roti aur laau.....she asked and Shamsher shook his head .
Baapu sa mujhe kuch mangwana tha bazar se agar aap kisi jaruri kaam k liye Jaa rahe ho toh rehne Dena ........she said .

Nahi nahi ....bol k chaiye ...mei laa dunga ......Shamsher asked his daughter as he washed his hand.

I needed some beads for my embroidery work ......She said and he nodded asking if she wants anything else and she shook her head and headed back inside dejectedly and Beena laughed looking at her sullen face .

Khaama Ghanni.....shaam Tak aaunga mei .....her father announced and left for Ramgarh.

Pallavi was  lying on the cot as it was afternoon lost in her dream land when Rekha entered their house .

Bwwwhhhh......she screamed near Pallavi's ear making her baffled and she jumped  off the coat and fell on the floor making Rekha laugh holding her stomach.

Pallavi hit her friend with Pillow while rubbing her butt.
Rekha sat beside her on the cot and asked her where she was lost making Pallavi pout .

Kuch nahi ....Baapu sa Ramgarh Gaye hai ......pata nahi kisi ki shaadi mei gye hai ya meri shaadi ki baat karne gye hai .....Pallavi shared her thoughts with her best friend making Rekha smile .

Don't over think......jo bhi hoga ....ab toh shaam mei unke aane k baad hi pata chalega.....Rekha said making Pallavi node .

They chatted the whole afternoon and most of their talks revolved around marriage......Rekha shared about her married life and how she fell in love with her husband and Pallavi was listening to everything keenly building scenario in her mind how she will be loving her future husband.

Later in the evening when Shamsher returned to his home ..... Pallavi offered her father water and rushed inside the kitchen to make some tea .

She heard her mother inquiring her father about his visit to the Ramgarh and he informed that he went their to attend a wedding and Pallavi sighed in disappointment.

But what she heard next surprised her .
I met Prithvi Raj in the wedding and visited his home too with him .

I met Shanti bhabhi sa and reminded her of the promise Rajvardhan made years ago .
Prithvi was surprised but then he assured me that if his father has promise me then he would surely fulfill it .
