Pallavi pov ......

I was talking to Maa sa over the phone and learnt that Rekha is pregnant.

Sach Maa sa ye toh bohot achi khabar hai ........I squeled happily.
Haan , ab mei bhi intezaar kar rahi hu tu kab ye achi khabar sunaiye Hume .....she said making me blush .

(Really Maa sa , that's a great news ...
Now I am waiting for good news from you....)

Maa sa ......I whined making her chuckle.
I hanged up after chatting with her and the urge to meet my friend intensified.
She is married in the neighbouring village only that comes under his surveillance only .

I will ask him if he could somehow arrange our meet up ....I thought.
But will Maa sa allow me to go to her house as she couldn't come here as doctor has advised her not to travel during initial months .

I know she won't allow me ....the thought dishertened me .
Bindaniiiii ......I heard Maa sa calling me and hurriedly got out of the room hiding my phone under the pillow.

She introduced me to some women who had come to see me .....I greeted them all touching their feet and they all blessed me.

I got busy serving them tea and snacks and it was time to milk the cows when they finally left .
I followed Kaki sa to the backyard while Maa sa got busy with her routine prayers.

I sat down to milk the cow when she suddenly jumped making me fall back .
The cow became restless and I crawled back not to get hit by her and shrieked when I saw a snake near her legs .

Kaki sa helped me to get up and few workers came running and somehow caught the snake.

I was shivering as Kaki sa made me sit on the cot and asked me if I am alright.
Maa sa came too hearing about the snake.

Thik hai tu ....chot toh nahi aai kahi ....She asked me concerned.
Chal andar .....koi jarurat na hai idhar aane ki ....she said scolding me lovingly making me smile.

(Are you okay.....you didn't hurt anywhere right ....
Come inside ....there is no need to come here ...)

I followed her inside and she asked me again if I am alright.
Yuvraj entered at the same time and inquired what was going on .

I narrated the incident and he became concerned too but I assured him that I am alright.

As I was preparing dinner Maa sa came and asked me to make thick Chapatis for churma .

She sat beside me and prepared the churma and divided it into 4 parts .
For Him , Yuvraj , Rupa and me .

I got really happy seeing her love for me .
Although she is a bit strict but she cares and the thought made me extremely delighted.

I kept it on the clay stove covering it with a plate to keep it warm .
I served Maa sa her dinner and to my surprise she kept sitting beside me after finishing her food and narrated me about the incidents of neighbourhood .

Rupa and Yuvraj came too for dinner and I served them both .
Bhabhi sa aap nahi khaa rahi .....Rupa asked me mischievously and I shook my head lightly with a shy smile.

(Bhabhi sa you are not having dinner?? )

Mei baad mei khaa lungi ...I said and they both laughed making me blush .

I finished all my work and came upstairs in our room .
I dialled him but his phone was not reachable.
