Aeyyyy Ladki ......pati bhuka pyasa ghar aaya hai .....aur tum itna jadi soo Rahi ho aaj .....I patted her cheek and she opened her eyes and gave me a faint smile.

Koi muje bol raha tha bache chaiye......bacho k liye raat raat bhar mehanat karni padti hai .....neend bhulani padti hai ....jab sab soote hai toh jaag k mehnat karni padti hai .....I said to tease her but didn't get the desired reaction from her .

She just smiled faintly and her face seemed pale.....

Kya hua ...thik ho tum ....I asked ,cupping her face .
Jiiii .......bas thoda acha nahi lag raha ....sayad mujhe bhukhar (fever )  hone vaala hai ......She said .

Doctor ko bulata hu mei ruko ......I said taking out my phone.
Nahi nahi doctor ki jaroorat nahi hai ......thik ho jaaungi mei kal tak....she said .

Nahi ....tumhe abhi kuch din pehle hi bhukar hua tha ..... kamzor ho abhi bhi tum .... doctor davai de dega .....I said .
Meri baat maniye.....mujhe jaroorat nahi hai doctor ki ....thik ho jaaungi .. . She argued..

Pallaviiiiiii bacho ki tarah zid nahi karte ....chup chaap betho yaha ......I said sternly and she sat on cot silently.

I asked doctor to pay a visit to the haveli to check on Pallavi and explained him the situation.

Khaana khaya tumne ....I asked and she nodded .
Idhar dekho ......Khaya hai khaana ....I asked her again making her look at me and she shook her head making me sigh .

Hadh hoti hai laaprwahi ki ....aur uper se juth bhi bol rahi ho .....
Khud ka khayal hai nahi kuch .......bache chaiye.....I scolded her and she started crying.

Mujhe pata hai mei kisi layak nahi hu ....sab ko mujhe batane ki jaroorat nahi hai .....mujhe pata lag gya hai ........She said in between her cries ..

I was taken aback by her sudden outburst and she usually don't cry when I scold her like this.....
Something is definitely wrong with her .

I sat beside her and pulled her into my arms .
Ssshhhhh ...  Kuch nahi hua .... Rona band karo.......I kissed on her forhead and she cried even more hugging me more tightly.

Mujhe acha nahi lag raha hai ......kuch kariye........she sobbed and now it concerned me .

Kya hua hai meri jaan.... Kyu acha nahi lag raha ...... Mujhe batao ...subh toh sab thik tha ....I asked her lovingly kissing her eyes and wiping her tears .

Rona band karo .....tum pehle hi thik nahi ho .....jayda tabiyat khrab ho jaayegi asse rone se  .....I consoled her .

My phone rang and it was from the doctor.
Doctor aa gya hai sayad ......chalo neeche .....I said and she shook her head .

Chalo Pallavi ......I pulled her with me and we came downstairs.
Maa sa and Reshama were already present there..

I made Pallavi sit on the chair and the doctor checked her .
Bhukhar toh nahi hai ... Par weakness hai .....aur stress bhi .....time par khana khaye .....aur mei kuch multivitamins de raha hu vo le lijiye......He said and I nodded and gave him his fees .

Kya ho gya hai .....Maa sa asked me.
Kuch nahi .... Tabiyat khrab hai thodi ......khaana peene time se nahi karti......I said and she looked at Pallavi with concerned eyes .

Chori time se khaya Piya kar ......jayda idhar udhar ki baato mei dhyan mat Diya kar .....apna ghar bar dekh tu basss.... maa sa said and she nodded looking down .

Abhi kuch khaane peene ka Banya hai ya nahi .... Yahi khaalo agar kuch nahi banaya hai toh ....Maa sa offered and I looked at Pallavi.

Dopahar mei Aloo banaye the ....Roti ab bana dungi .... She muttered.
Rehne de teri tabiyat thik nahi hai .......Reshma khaana laga ke de de dono ko ......Maa sa said and left to outside.
