IT has been days since Thomas came. It was also her day off, she thought that this was gonna be just a normal day until something bothered her as she felt that feeling again, something felt wrong. As she was walking near the crops where the plants are usually planted but didn't see a single Track-Hoe, not until she saw a crowd near the forest. Before she even knew it, something bizarre happened. She walked closer to the crowd and pushed her way through the front, to see Thomas on the ground and an unconscious Ben on the ground but something was different, he had veins popping out and it was black. She saw Newt holding a shovel and knew that what he did just now was for the gladers safety, she couldn't help but feel sad. Ben and her weren't close but he was still her friend.

She sighed as she left the scene, completely not knowing what to do next until her head felt heavy she immediately knew what to do and had to find a thing to lean on, she walked towards a tree and placed one hand on the tree and one hand on her head, she closed her eyes just to see scenes flashing.

Minho was pulling Ben in front of the maze with full force as the others were holding the poles for banishing? she saw herself standing from a distance, both arms crossed as she continued to witness the scene in front of her. Another scene flashes through her eyes. It was Ben begging not to banish him out in the maze alone, she couldn't do anything but just stand there. Ben was getting closer each second,

"Poles down!" Alby ordered.

All the poles went down, Ben knew that there wasn't any choice but was still begging. The poles went closer to Ben which forced him to go into the maze by the wood they made at the end of the pole. He then suddenly saw her and started pleading for help.

"Lana please, make them stop this!" He pleaded.

she saw herself walking away as she couldn't watch the scene. One of her friends getting banished was a pain.

It was lunchtime, she walked to a table where no one was sitting and placed her food on the table as she sat down. She saw Newt getting closer with Thomas beside him and sat down on her table.

"Hey."

"Hi."

"What gonna happen to Ben?" She got straight to the point. "Are you gonna banish him?"

"Wait, banishing?" Thomas joined in the conversation.

"Well... It's for our own sake."

"I know it's for our own sake Newt."

"but leaving them in the maze just sounds heartless, you know?"

"It kinda does," Thomas spoke.

"We have no other choice, Lana."

"You already know that we've been doing this for years now," Newt added.

"Yeah, and I lost a friend because of it."

"Why are we even talking about this in the first place?" Thomas interrupted.

Our head turned to Thomas. "By the way, Thomas this is Lana. Lana this is Thomas—" Trying to change the topic.
