Ragini POV

I woke up in the morning, and came out of his tight hold after some sweet struggle. Though I had slept placing my head on his chest, I woke up with his head settled on my bosom. I think he loves my boobs!

I went away to freshen up, followed by visiting the temple for my prayers. I offered water to the holy basil planted in maasi's aangan (courtyard), while chanting the sacred mantras.

"Ragini!"

Maasi called me, and I walked with her to the kitchen.

"Did you guys do...um..?"

She asked coyly, her cheeks turned red.

"No, Maasi. We just slept after talking a little."

I muttered, lowering my timid gaze, and trying my best to hide the pink tint appearing on my cheeks.

"I don't think he will initiate now."

She said, caressing my shoulder.

"So?" I enquired, sucking on my lips.

"You will have to initiate." She informed me, in a low inaudible voice.

"How?" I asked, getting bewildered about what should I do.

"Um... prepare his favourite cuisine, or you may wear his favourite attire. Um... just try to get closer to him. You are married now, and I think you should continue this relationship. I mean, I had plans of making you run away somewhere when I got that news, but when I saw him getting wrathful for you against those bastards, I sensed the love he has for you, so I'm sure that you both will make a good couple."

She stated, and I felt butterflies in my abdominal region. What if he doesn't like me taking the lead? But he loves me, so he won't try to control me. My thoughts began scuffling with each other.

"Good morning, Maasi."

He arrived, and both of us pivoted our heads in his direction.

"Good morning, damaad ji (son-in-law)"

He had just taken a bath, and his damped hair were frolicking on his forehead. He looked tempting.

"We'll leave today!" He declared, and Maasi enhanced the speed of preparing breakfast.

He said 'we', which means he is not leaving me here. I assisted maasi in cooking, and all of us had the breakfast together.

He did not talk to me all this while, and this silence was tormenting my heart. I had draped a yellow saree, with a few gold ornaments. All of us walked out, and maasi gave me some besan laddoos as it was one of my favourite food items.

He bowed down to touch her feet, her eyes got a little teary bidding goodbye to me, and I sobbed too. Both of us settled in the car, and he began driving.

"Do you wish to visit your father?"

He asked, this was the first time he spoke to me since morning. Was he worried regarding this?

"No!"

I replied blatantly, recalling my father's behaviour towards me.

"Fine!"

He replied, without looking at me.

"Is something wrong, thakur ji?"

I enquired, his silence was killing me now.

"I'm not good for you."

He replied, his voice was low and it sounded hurt.

"Why are thinking like this?"
