Background:
Irene Miranda Swan was born on September 13th 1987 in Forks to Renee and Charlie Swan. She is also the younger twin sister of Isabella Marie Swan. Since the twins birth, the parents could see that Irene was born with blonde hair and blue eyes, whilst Bella was born with brown hair and brown eyes. However, the girls were treated the same until their parents divorce which led to Irene staying with her Father, and Bella going around America with her Mother.
The girls have a good relationship with each other, even though they could be described as Irene being the funnier, quirky one whilst Bella the silent, loner type. This led the girls to having different interests and friend circles.
Irene can also be identified as the more gentler one as she cares deeply for her loved ones, especially her friends and Father.
Appearance:
Even though they are twins, the girls look nothing alike even though both are five foot five. Both have pale skin and pink luscious lips but that is were their similarities end. Irene has blonde locks with blue eyes and is also a bit more athletic than her sister. This also helps people recognising and identify the sisters as they look nothing alike.

Other than her stunning looks, Irene always has her tattoos on display which she started getting at the age of sixteen. Her first tattoo is on her left forearm which is of aster, September's birth flower. On her right forearm she has Virgo's constellation and the maiden's face. On her right arm shoulder she has a tattoo of a girl intertwined with a wolf.
