"Well- not something, but someone did,"
"What do you mean?"
"He's been hanging out with that girl- the one who's always got a stick up her ass."
"Are you being serious?"
"Yeah."
"I'm going to eat her alive," Iseul sneered.
"I'll be right next to you while you do it," Bora snickered.

Jaehyun and I had been continuing his tutoring, except now I also had to help him with English (per request of Mrs. Jeong).

He wasn't bad at it, but I would definitely not call him good.
He's... trying.

On the bright side, he's no longer failing math or English!
Yippie!

The downside to this, I have to waste more of my time tutoring him.

'Nari, I though you were friends with him now!' you may be thinking.
And yes- I guess I can tolerate him a bit more.
But, my exams are coming up.

I know this may sound a bit harsh, but I care miles more about my exams than his. 
He's already got a spot in university, he just needs to pass.

I don't need just a pass. 
I need a miracle.

There's no way I'd get into one of the top schools like this, sure I have impressive grades and an even more impressive ranking.
But there are hundreds of students just like me in the nation, who are probably living a paradox of my life.

I need something that makes me stand out, and that'll have to be my test scores.

There's not really any other way around it, it sounds harsh but thats just the way it is.

"Nari if you do not wake up and get out of that bed right now I will make sure you regret it," I heard my mom yell from the kitchen.
I groaned and slowly rolled around, then stretched out my legs.
"I'm awake..." I yawned.

I could hear my mom scoff.

I slowly sat up and then grabbed my uniform. As I put it on, I took out my phone.
