"I need to at least bathe when I want to, you're the one with the mindset that getting sick in this era means game over" Y/n cracked her neck at the man who had kept her a slave "I don't always have to bathe with a guard around"

When the men of Tsukasa had gone and started an attack, the girl was asleep resting after catching a cold in the middle of the gloomy weather and peacefully dreaming but the smell of smoke was fast to wake her.

Her mind was running miles but she succeeded in helping every single human out of the danger. Water after water, her exhausted body had only gained more labor and made her a lot more dead inside and out.

"Knowing you, you'll drown after falling asleep while soaking" Senku glared before finishing the last improvement to the blueprint he was finishing up.

The cellphone he had revealed to be making brought nothing but a little surprise to her. She'd seen a lot of the science club experiments so she wasn't that surprised, when it came to the supplies...

He'll be fine.

"I'm done, let's go" he announced making the girl ecstatic, she's been itching to shower the moment she woke up but unfortunately she couldn't. She had to do lots of work with Gen and Ruri, she hated the labor but she couldn't stay useless.

She trudged behind Senku sluggishly, the science people were used to the scene at this point.

"There he goes with his girlfriend" Ginro mumbled which piqued the interest of both Kokuyu and Gen's attention.

"Our village chief's girlfriend is that woman?" The former chief asked in confusion.

"Are you certain about your claim?" Gen walked closer to the blond.

"He literally goes with her when she bathes? Who else does that but married couples?" He looked at the two as if stating the most obvious thing in life.

"He could just be accompanying her?" Kokuyo, a man who had experienced love questioned. If he was honest he would state that he couldn't see that in between the two, at the least all he could sense was maybe a blooming love, not love to its fullest yet.

"Ginro-kun, what we may be seeing right now is a simple comradeship thingy" Gen served his own thoughts.

"So you mean Y/n could still be single?" Kinro stared at his brother in disgust, so did the others.

"Always after the woman, aren't ya? Ginro" Chrome sighed whilst Kohaku just tried not to kick the man away from the place.

"Most likely" Gen answered the boy before walking off.

"You haven't bathed yet, haven't you?" The girl had her head rested against the rocky edge of the water, they were in the deeper part of the stream. Senku hummed as a simple reply.

"Come join me already, it's not like you're interested in body parts anyways" she turned her head to look at the man who once more sat against a tree with his back on her.

He stayed quiet for a moment letting the stars just entertain the girl. Soon she heard him move behind her which made her look back, his clothing went over his head and he was left in his underwear. She didn't mind, she simply went back to looking up at the sky.

"Seems like you built some muscles, when we first met I swear you were nothing but a bunch of assembled sticks" she spoke in a humorous way. Senku scoffed.

"Like how your body is transgressing to one" he insulted back which made her snort.

"Can't be achieved no more, I'm being spoon fed by Kohaku most of the time when I forget to eat" she sighed, somehow embarrassed at how she was being treated like a child.
