Arabella POV

I've been telling Andy how I've been feeling nowadays. He feels the same, which is why we're getting along so well. Its like we've known each other for years. I don't even think me and Devin are this close, or Chris and I.

I could see Andy bobbing his head along to the beat of the music while letting out a puff of smoke. His house was nice and so were his parents. They were currently out of town due to his sick grandmother which he never knew.

His excuse to stay home was that he had to go to school. We both knew damn well that he didn't give two shits about missing school. He told me personally that he wanted to stay here with me. I smiled at that thought.

"Hey, Bells?"

"Yeah?"

"You wanna go to a party tonight? Its my friends birthday today and he said bring a friend,"

I nod. "Sure,"

This will hopefully be my chance to try a few drugs. To see what I'm missing out on. I promised myself that I would never let this life get the best of me.

I could hear my phone vibrate against the counter top of Andy's kitchen so I answer.

Its Chris.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Bells. I was wondering if you wanted to do something tonight. There's no band practice so I'm free. Want to catch a movie or something?"

"Sure. What time?" I ask forgetting that Andy just asked me if I wanted to go a party tonight. I'll try to make it work I guess.

"Around 8. 8:30,"

"I'll meet you there."

"Cool. I'll see you soon, Bye."

I hang up and join Andy on the couch. "Who was that?"

"Chris,"

"Is that your boyfriend or something?"

I shake my head laughing at the floor. "Nah, he's an ex."

He side eyes me and I laugh. "What!"

"Nothing, nothing. We should probably be getting ready. Its quite a long drive. I'll take you home so you can get ready,"

*At the Party*

"Andy!" I yell over the music. I lost him somehow and I have to meet Chris soon. This place is way too crowded and I'm drunk off my ass. I stumbled over my feet a few times before getting up until I was stable.

"You okay, love?"

I stump my feet and run my fingers through my hair. "Noooooo. I can't meet Chris looking like this. I'm drunk, Andy. I probably smell like a bar at that!"

"Then stay. He'll understand. We haven't even danced yet." he smiles.

"I want another drink..." I mumble.

He nods and takes me to his friends' bar downstairs. It was kind of empty down here since you need permission from him. "What do you want?"

"What do you suggest?" I ask folding my arms.

He glides his hands on each bottle of liquor and stops on one. "This one. This bottle got me waisted the first time I drunk it. And I got alcohol poisoning but that's because I mixed it with some other shit but that's besides the point," he says in one breath. "Banana Rum Cream is your best bet,"

He pours me a glass and waits me to drink it. I swirl it around my nose and down it all in one shot. I scrunch my nose and the taste and pour another glass.

"So...you like it?"

"Yeah. Its good,"

He smiles and pours himself a glass of Whiskey and leads me over to a nice leather couch.

Chris POV

I stand out in the chilly night breeze and wait for Arabella which seemed like an eternity. I called her phone twice and no answer. Maybe she's in traffic...

Wait. What traffic? Its 10:20 at night.

Fuck it. She probably won't be coming. But I did say 10:30. Maybe she'll be here in 10. I check my watch frequently hoping she'll arrive.

Just be patient Chris...just be patient...

Arabella POV

"Andy, do you think Chris will hate me for standing him up?" I laugh. I didn't mean to laugh. It just happened uncontrollably. I knew that if I answered the phone, he'll hear my slurs and wouldn't understand what I'm trying to say. He'd know that I'd been out drinking.

"No. He'll forgive you. You're way to pretty to stay mad at," he smiles. "You ready to call it a night? Its 11:30 and I want you to go to be as soon as possible so your hangover won't worsen."

I nod and walks me to his car. I sit in the backseat knowing that I won't be able to sit up for that long of a time.

"Did you have fun?" he asks over the quiet music playing softly.

"Yeah. Let's do it again sometime."

"Sure thing, love. Have you ever dropped acid before? You know those little paper tabs?"

I sit up with a radiant smile knowing what he was talking about. "No. But I'd like to."

"I'll call up one of my dudes and we can do it together before you do it in public. Its too trippy! Its awesome,"

We get to my house after talking about the future and laughing about nonsense.

"I'll walk you inside," Andy says unbuckling his seatbelt.

"No, no. I got it," the first step I take outside was a stumble which caused Andy to snicker.

"Let me help you,"

I could hear his side of the car door shut and he help me up off of the cold pavement. "Thanks," I laugh softly.

He asks for my house keys and opens the door for me. "Fuck! I can feel the hangover reeling in,"

"Same here,"

"Bells!? Is that you?" Fuck! That was Chris' voice. "Where have you-"

He stares daggers at Andy but he brushes it off. Devin takes me away from Andy's arms but I shove him away. "I'm fine, get off,"

"You got her drunk!" Chris yells shoving Andy. "You motherfucker!"

"No! I wanted to drink," I shove Chris away causing myself to stumble over.

"Look at yourself. You can barely stand on your own. You stood me up for this alcoholic,"

Andy butts in stepping into Chris' face. "I'm not an alcoholic you fucking bitch. She wanted to drink. Let her live her life and you live yours."

I wave them all off and take slows strides to my room. Andy catches up to me and kisses my forehead. "I'll call you tomorrow, okay?"

I only nod continuing up the stairs. I could hear the door shut so I shut my own bedroom door.
