I can see how much you love him, and that is enough for me since I want your happiness and at the same time, I was his happiness too.

I feel like we're closer now than we were before. That moment between us was beautiful, and I couldn't help but feel ecstatic, like a teen with a crush on a boy. This feeling is new to me, and I hope it never disappears. He made me feel special like no one else has, and he swept me off my feet when he decided to help me that night, despite the fact that we didn't know each other.

I couldn't stop smiling while cutting veggies since I was thinking about him. I was helping Mom in cooking dinner for all of us, while the two men were watching sports on television. And Theo was taking a nap in his room. Yes, he has his own room. Antonio decorated his room according to Theo's preferences. Theo was overjoyed and hugged Antonio upon examining it. In such a short period of time, they have formed such a close bond, which I hope will never fade.
"What are you thinking about, Bella?" I heard mom ask me with a teasing smile.

I shook my head at her behaviour. "Nothing mom"

"It looks like nothing to me," I chuckle looking across at mom.
"I'm happy, mom. After a long time, I am happy, and I hope it will last long." I stated my real emotions.

"It will Bella, just have faith" I nodded, and we focused on cooking a delicious dinner for our loved ones.

After dinner, we played a few games with Theo before he got tired and retired to bed. I tucked him into bed before kissing his forehead.

"Good night baby, I love you"

"Love you too mama" he murmured with his eyes closer making me chuckle.

"Good night, Preziosa," Antonio said and kissed his forehead, his eyes filled with emotion for Theo, and I couldn't help but feel emotional after watching this moment between them.

"I love you too, Dada." I can feel my heart beating quicker than normal. After hearing Theo, I couldn't help but become emotional. I quickly looked over at Antonio, who was stunned and bewildered to hear Theo call him dada, but he had a smile on his lips.

"Sweet dreams, Preziosa, and Dada loves you too." After witnessing this tender moment, I couldn't help but leave the room. I could feel tears running down my cheeks. I can feel the strong feelings in my heart. I never expected to witness this moment. I've always thought of myself as both Theo's mother and father, but today I witnessed something I never expected to see. Today, my baby called someone "dada," and I couldn't help but feel sentimental. I'd always sensed Theo's desire for his father's love, but I never did anything about it, until today, when he saw his father figure in Antonio. I could feel the happiness within me, but I was also concerned about Antonio's reaction. Does he consider Theo his son? Or did he say those things because he did not want Theo upset? Will he ever consider Theo his son? But based on Antonio's behaviour with him, it appears that he already considers him to be his son, though I could be mistaken, but at the same time I want him to be his father.

"Are you okay?" I overheard Antonio ask. I hurriedly brushed away my tears and turned to face him, who was resting against the doorframe of my room. He must have noticed my dried tears because he looks worried and he walks towards me and wraps me in his muscular arms, causing me to cry in his protective arms. I can't express how happy I am right now; thanks to him, I was able to overcome my fear and live with my son. It was not Theo's fault that he had to live in the shadow of my parents; he has every right to live as a normal child, but because of my past mistakes, he needs to be hidden from the world, but thanks to Antonio, we can live like normal citizens again. I will always be grateful to Antonio.
