Chapter 4: What happened?

      The "Heroes Five" (that's what the media and the fans ended up calling the team) were training hard...although only Daniel was doing that, the others were relaxing and busy with their fans, Diana and Joe were doing that, Arthur and Miyuki were relaxing, of course they were training because they knew they needed to for the next fight. It's been 2 days. The media and the internet simply exploded. Everyone is talking about it and people are asking each other "where did they come from? who are they? why are they here?" and questions like that. Overnight, all five were among the most famous people. They had fans too, of course, Diana and Joe in particular had the most fans. After them were Arthur and Miyuki and Daniel of course had the fewest fans because he did the least during the fight. Not that Daniel minded so much that he had so few fans.

      It was also a theme between religions, one religion said they were the saviors, another religion said they were the messengers of Satan, but there were also religions that pretended it never happened. Everybody reacted differently. In addition, a new religion has emerged, Elementalism, which says that the Heroes Five are the gods themselves, that they themselves created the earth and the universe, and something like that. It was a kind of polytheism, meaning they believed in more than one God, five in number. Very quickly it became a world religion and the number one religion...in two days. But it was not only in religion, it was also in politics. it was about the same in politics as in religion. One party praised the heroes the other party despised the heroes, that the monster must have been there because of them and all they wanted was money and fame. Was the same for the average person. The next day, the heroes received the news that the President wanted to meet them that day. They felt honored. They went to the White House and met the Heroes Five and the President. 

President: Thank you for coming. We are grateful that you are defending not only the United States, but the whole world. But I hope you know that you have a lot more to do in the future. The monsters must have a plan. There's a mastermind running the whole thing. So please be careful. May I ask who the team leader is among you?

Diana: Here I am, Mr. President!

Joe: It was a good joke Diana, but I would be the leader!

Diana: No way! Everyone agrees with me that I am the leader!

Joe: Yes, that I am the leader of the team!

The others tried to stop them.

President: I see that the team leader has not yet been chosen, but that's fine, I'm sure You'll chose someone among you. All we can do for you at the moment is to accommodate and encourage you. The United States and the whole world are on your side!

The heroes went back to the accommodation. When they entered the accommodation, the mood among the heroes was bleak, as if the President's words had not made any sense. Tracker called Daniel to him.

Daniel: You called me, Master

Tracker: Daniel...there's something I really wanted to talk to you about...your eyes.

Daniel: About my eyes? Okay. What do you want to say about my Phase Eye?

Tracker: You don't know everything about your Phase eyes yet.

Daniel: I don't get it. What do you mean by that?

Tracker: Let me explain. So far, all you know about you're your Phase eyes is that you can use it to get information in your enemy, although you don't even know how to do that. But what I want to talk to you about is that your Phase eyes can do more than that. You can Teleport. 

Daniel: What? But why am I able to do that?  Sure, that's cool, but why?

Tracker: You'll get all the answers, but first listen. Teleportation will help you to get to another part of the world, so that if the monsters are in another part of the earth, the five of you can get there quickly and without a problem. That's why you were hired by the US government...although it's not just them, it's several countries, but that's irrelevant at this point. We could also have police and soldiers guarding every country or territory on the planet, but some countries don't have that capacity, but even they could have that many people, it is a huge expense for any country, even the US. So now I hope you understand why you were hired as professional heroes.

Daniel: I get it, really...but how do I teleport?

Tracker: Well, I don't know that either, but there's an ancient book that answers that, not many people have read it, and its top secret. But you can read it, in fact...I expect you to read it.

Daniel: Understood.

Tracker: You'll find the book in the accommodation library.

Daniel: Right, I'll do what I can do.

Daniel went to the library, where he started looking for that particular book. In the end, it wasn't that hard to find, as the book was on a book holder, and it was quite thick. With the Phase eye, he found out what page the ability to teleport is on. Then he started practicing. When he was able to teleport at short distances, he decided to try the longer distance. As a test, he tried to see if he could teleport to the coast. He succeeded. To teleport, it is important to know exactly where Daniel wants to teleport to. If you don't know the area or don't get a proper coordinate, you can't teleport there, but if you know the location or get a coordinate, you can teleport there at will. This is only important for teleportation from far away, not for teleportation close to the place, if you can see with your own eyes where you want to go, you don't need any special preparation. Daniel has successfully learned teleportation.

   Two days later, another monster alert occurred in Damanhour, Egypt, near the local hospital. With the Heroes Five teleporting Daniel, they were able to be there immediately and the battle began. He fought the monsters for a while (he didn't seem to get much space) but after that he was more concerned with helping the civilians, and thanks to his teleportation he was able to do that very well and very quickly. With great difficulty, the heroes managed to defeat the monster (except Daniel). After the fight, it was the same as the last time, Joe and Diana were dealing with the fans, but Arthur and Miyuki were dealing with them a little bit and Daniel wasn't really dealing with them, especially because he didn't have many fans. This may be mostly because he is least in the spotlight. Then everyone went home and Daniel teleported everyone to the accommodation.
