20. The Plan

The couple were in embrace. It has been a long time that Chanyeol had heard such soothing words. A door knock interrupted them. After pulling back, and the taller gaining his senses of his mafia,he ordered the one to come.

"Chanyeol sir, we have to do something otherwise...."

"I will be with you in any moment." Chanyeol said interrupting him.

"Baekhyun....." Chanyeol was about to say something when Baekhyun said

"It's alright. I understand. You should go."
He said smiling to him.

"It's better to stay here for some couple of days. We can go once, the situation calms down."

"Channie... Please take care of yourself." Baekhyun said in a tender tone.

"I will. Just stay here until I come back. It is safe here."

"Okay."

After Chanyeol went back, Baekhyun couldn't held back his tears. The man whom he loved was actually a mafia. He cried, he didn't know why. But Chanyeol's intentions seemed pure. The days they had spent together seemed real and full of affection. This thing is very dangerous it can harm him or be the reason of his husband's death. He was shocked to see Chanyeol crying thereby he held his own tears and comforted the latter.

"So, how's the condition?"

"Chanyeol, the deal about weapons failed dramatically, Syungnim is involved in this. From our sources, it is found that Shinjung has joined forces with him." Sehun said.

"Well... I see that he is going so far that now he has entered here but he can't even guess that I am master in this."

"We had to go to their bases now."

"I know. Sehun... Please stay with Baekhyun. I will take Mr. Kim with me. Protect him."

"Did you told him?"

"Yes, he accepted it. I will get going now."

Chanyeol was preparing for the oncoming combat. His whole mind was disturbed. He feared for Baekhyun. He was shocked that his Baek understood him and those words gave him so relief.

"Just wait a little bit, Baek. We will return  to how we were."

After getting ready, he sat in a car. The car drove off.

"Sir, we will be stopping here. As you say."

"Fine. Now wait in that spot. Don't get caught."

Mr. Kim and Chanyeol then entered a manhole.

"Sir,You have all the weapons?"

"Yes, Now code names!" Mr. Kim understood what Chanyeol wanted to say.

They reached their spot. Three other men were there with him.

"T,O, R, K you know your places! We will meet when we succeed."

They split up. Chanyeol sneekily entered, those who felt his presence and become alerted were silently killed by him. He wanted to confront Syungnim on his own.

"Today will be your last day!!! Syungnim!!" He screamed in his mind.

"Seems like Chanyeol has entered." Shinjung said.

"Let him come here. You can go Shinjung."

"But, I want to stay here and see how you will kill him today..."

"Don't get excited. Stick to the plan. You will have his business and all his wealth.. But what about his little husband?"

"I will take care of his husband. But kill hum first, please."

With this Shinjung left. Daydreaming about all the he would have in his hands after his rival would be no more.

Chanyeol was successful without even a single harm on himself, he reached his destination. He opened the door and saw nothing. Being alerted. He entered the room. His eyes were wandering for the presence of Syungnim and then...

He was grabbed from behind and had been injected. Black dots were appearing, energy left his body, he became numb. He collapsed into ground.

"Foolish of you Park Chanyeol to even imagine, you can kill me."

He dragged the unconscious body in his basement.

Chanyeol slowly regained his senses, his heat was internally beating. He found himself laid on the ground but all his weapons were not with him. Looking around he found what the situation was.

"You are really a coward. Syungnim." Chanyeol said when he found that person.

"Look at Park Chanyeol, you can't even stand up properly."

"Why did yo betrayed Mr. Byun?"

"Mr. Byun??? Did you mean... Your father-in-law? Well, Chanyeol, I planned him to betray your father.  He was just a pawn in my game. I still maintained my relations with him and forced him to take loan from your father's mafia term. Your father that's why keep that family on watch.After using him enough, I left him but then news sprang up-

" 'Park Chanyeol will be marrying Byun Baekhyun!!' I want to kill you right now and send your body to your egotist father. Your whole family will crumble before me. That Shinjung didn't even know that I also using him to get the Park family wealth plus his wealth.

He grabbed the knife. Before stabbing him, he punched Chanyeol. If he hadn't been injected.. He could have beaten the hell out of Syungnim but still endured.

"Now, Say bye to the beautiful world."

He was about to stab but then..

BANG!!BANG!!

Syungnim was shot. Chanyeol wasn't first  able to understand situation. He thought he would be killed. The drug was flowing  in his bloodstream making him vulnerable before the man who wanted to take his life. But this man touched the ground, blood oozing out but he saw something... More precisely someone who saved his life. That sight regained his half of senses... He screamed...

"BAEKHYUN!!!!"
