Warning: The next two or three chapters are put into one. This will be multiple POV's of all my characters. Inka is my character and has nothing to do with the story Carmilla or Dracula. (Carmilla and Dracula are two different stories I'm just using them as one) I am not trying to alter any of the Greek Mythology stories this is just for my characters lore. If there's anything I've done to offend you let me know. Enjoy.

Nervous couldn't even begin to explain how I felt right now. Everyone's, Never and Ever, parents are going to be in the same area and that could go into chaos. And don't get me started on my mother. She'll know immediately when she walks in the door that I chose Nora. Not that it's a bad thing I guess but my mother is really protective over me. Mom just listens to her and calms her down if needed. The Nevers and their parents were able to take over the Clearing and the Evers would stay in the one of their many ball rooms.

I watched as others parents started appearing out of nowhere. Some had scowls on their face others had a look of happiness on theirs. Villains aren't incapable to loving. But it's those that take the love from them that they hate. I sat on one of the outdoor benches shaking from nerves. A hand on my shoulder soothed me.

"Are you alright Querida?" I let out a sigh and turned to face Nora. Her face was cold as always, but her eyes held concern for me.

"My mother told me in the last letter that she sent to me that she might have found someone with the same condition or roughly the same as mine. Said she was a distant cousin of mine. And then there's the fact that I marked you and she might be pissed about that," Lesso raised a brow at me.

"Why would she be pissed about that," I groan into my hands.

"I . . . I don't know!? My mother is very picky, and she is a very intimidating woman," That made her chuckle at me.

"You aren't wrong, but you need to slow down," There was a pause. "Oh look! There she is now," I spun so fast where I was sitting and saw my mother, mom, Uncle Dracula, and a woman in all black

Shit

When me and my mother locked eyes she smiled brightly. One second, she was a 'person', the next a swarm of bats, and then hugging me and giving me kisses on my head.

"Mein kleiner Vampir! Wie ich dich vermisst habe, Liebling," I smiled into her arms. I don't care how old I get I don't think I'd ever get over her hugs. I saw out of the corner of my eye the rest catching up. Mom had a loving smile on her face and Uncle Drac folded his arms with a smirk. Then the other woman. A very tall woman. She had in a wide brim hat that shadowed her whole face and wore a tight black tank top with baggy jeans.

"Mother, would you like to introduce me to your new friend?" I asked. She nodded and turned to the woman.

"This is Inka," The woman, Inka, lifted her head so I could see her face. My eyes widened. Everything was normal about her besides her mouth. Both sets of teeth were sharp like a sharks and it almost seemed like she had no lips. Her horror mouth twisted into a smile.

"Not so pretty, is it?" Her voice was a lot deeper than most. I chuckled and looked her up and down again.

"Mine's worse. Way worse," I said. That made everyone look at me in confusion. I sighed and explained to them what happened a few days ago. I didn't remember a whole lot when being turned but from what Nali, Eros, and Lesso told me, it wasn't pretty. I hadn't realized I was crying until mom came up and wrapped me in a hug. Mom always took pity on me.

After the water works were gone, we sat down and discussed what all this could be. Inka and Dracula agreed that it might have been a curse put on me but me or my mother's wanted to believe that. The conversation started to shift to my school life, and I shared what had been going on, friends I've made, pranks I've pulled, and other random things. And as much as I tried to not get my mother to talk about Lesso . . . well.
