Daily life after the festival was not much different from usual.

He said that he went to the academy and practiced as usual, and then started the final mixing and mastering work.

“It probably won’t end anytime soon. The production company also gave us a lot of free time. “It will take about two months.”

Teacher Yongjun spoke leisurely and opened the calendar.

“Let’s see, it’s mid-August now~”

The calendar went one page, two pages, and stopped at the second page.

“Probably around this..., huh?”

The teacher looked a little surprised at what he saw on the calendar. She then looked towards me and asked.

“Did I say you passed the qualification exam and are preparing for the entrance exam right away this year?”

"yes. “Maybe?”

“Hey... it’s already the application submission period in two months?”

"yes???"

“Applications will be accepted until October 5th... and the practical examination will be held at the end of October. “Are you going to be a little busy in the future?”

When I think about it, I was so focused on the festival and recording the OST for a while that I forgot that I was going to college.

“But you said you had to take the GED, right? “Then the only place you can go is Korea Institute of the Arts?”

“What about other universities?”

“There are quite a few schools that do not accept graduates of the GED. “There are some if you go to the local area, but I think it would be better for you to aim for the Korean Institute of Arts.”

Korea University of Arts.

Even though I had no knowledge of music, this is a university I have attended at least once.

It is the best arts university in Korea, and it is a university that has reached the peak in various artistic fields such as theater, film, literature, and dance.

Among them, the most famous department was definitely the Department of Applied Music.

If you are simply interested in singing, you have probably heard at least once about the competitiveness of the entrance exam for the vocal major in the applied music department at Korea University of the Arts.

Male vocal competition rate 300:1

Female vocal competition rate 450:1

If three hundred people apply, only one of them will be accepted. Vocal majors select three people from each gender, so approximately 900 male vocalists apply.

These 900 people are not just 900 people. Because it is a place where aspiring singers from all over the country gather, those with ambiguous talents do not even think about applying in the first place.

When I heard that some people take 3rd, 4th, or even 6th attempt just to get into this university, I felt depressed.

“Teacher Yongjun..., can I get into Korea University of the Arts?”

I hoped that Teacher Yongjun would praise me a lot, so he would comfort me and tell me that I could do that, even if it was only in words.

However, Teacher Yongjun’s reaction was a little different than expected.

"huh? Korean Institute of Arts? “Okay?”

A reaction that is ambiguous to say positive and ambiguous to say negative. Teacher Yongjun was just looking at her phone as if she didn't really care about my entrance exam in the first place.
