Flashback to the attack of the Olympians,

With Annabeth,

Daughter clashed against mother, as Annabeth fought against Athena, hunting knives clashing against spear as the two forces of phenomenal intellect and battle strategy collided against one another. Annabeth risked a glance over to her companions, noticing Nico holding his own against his father, Hades, while Jake and the Stolls stalled against Hephaestus.

"You should have never picked this fight." Athena growled. "My own daughter, a traitor. Why?"

"Former daughter." Annabeth retorted, watching Athena's expression turn into confusion. Annabeth took advantage of that, rushing under Athena's guard. "Hecate failed to mention that, didn't she?" Annabeth channeled her super strength in her arm, firing a massive punch to Athena's gut. Athena was completely caught off guard, coughing up Ichor as she got launched away into the wreckage of a store left after their attack. The store also collapsed on itself, falling on Athena.

"They don't know our full capabilities!" Annabeth yelled out to her companions through the I-Comms. "Use that to our advantage."

Annabeth said, as they got back to the fight. Jake nodded, understanding the situation. He activated a bead on his necklace, as an armor appeared over him, one that was made for his birthday by Leo Valdez.

"Sorry Dad, but this is nothing personal." Jake said, launching a gigantic fireball at his face, pushing Hephaestus back. Connor and Travis advanced simultaneously, rushing forth as they both passed supersonic speeds, firing at Hephaestus with a flurry of punches and absolutely speed blitzing him. Jake in the meantime fired projectiles at his father from his shoulders, giving further support to the Stolls as they continued to push Hephaestus back.

"I guess I can't convince you to side with us instead?" Nico asked, sword clashing against staff as Hades ignored his question, simply focusing on the battle. "This isn't what Mom would want, you know?"

"Keep her name, out of your fucking mouth!" Hades yelled, grabbing Nico's arm. Nico looked shocked, as Hades brought his hand back, backhand slapping him as Nico went flying into a wall. "Do you have any idea of what you're trying to do?"

"Yeah, pretty much." Nico muttered, wiping a few droplets of blood off the side of his face. "Stole your helm, didn't I?" Nico winked, holding the Helm of Darkness in his hand. Hades groaned in annoyance.

"Why does everyone always go for the helm?" He sighed, raising his staff again. "I need to add some sort of strap on it." Nico, held onto the helm, watching it transform into a bracelet that could be kept on his wrist. Nodding in acceptance, Nico rushed forward, intent on pushing the Gods away so that they could retreat, however, that didn't happen.

Nico stopped in his tracks, as a clean jab of the staff pushed him back. His entire body felt heavy, and as they all got pushed back, Nico realized what had happened. A full power fluctuation. They had just become as weak as they possibly could have, on the same level of a mortal. The demigods found themselves backed up in a corner, with no place for escape.

"What do we do now?" Jake asked.

"Any plans Boss Lady?" Connor asked. "I could really use one."

"Dad's not answering us. So Godly help is out." Travis sighed.

"I got nothing." Annabeth hung her head low. "I guess this is it."

"No." Nico said, bringing out one thing he still had with him. The Helm of Darkness.

"No!" Annabeth cried out. "That kind of power, in your current state will burn you up in minutes. You can't do it!"
