***Pragyan's POV***:
I woke up to find Ishana cuddling me, blatantly ignoring my stern warnings about staying away while I'm sleeping.
It gets unbearably hot in here, and I usually strip down to my shorts. Sometimes, even those feel like too much in the sweat pool of my room.
Ishana, meanwhile, is wearing something *cough*... risqué, giving me a full view of her. You know what? Never mind.
We both quickly dress up and head downstairs. It's 8:00 in the morning, and the smell of breakfast hits me.
I sit down with the guys, while the girls are gossiping as usual. We're eating sandwiches, croissants, and drinking coffee-a whole lot of food.
I'm on my fourth serving of cereal, and we've already devoured five sandwiches each.
Even the girls, with their supposedly hefty diets, are keeping up.Arnav, Madhav, Shivansh, and I discuss our plans to hit the library and actually study for our medicine courses.
You know, so we don't fail like the girls did. Again.
Arnav, ever the exciting and optimistic person in the morning, couldn't help but comment, "So I saw you and Ishana coming out of your room. Did you-?" He trailed off, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.
I shot him a glare, cutting him off. "No, we didn't, Arnav. I've got to protect my pride and will never do anything that stupid, unlike you all."
Madhav smirked, chiming in, "Ah, but you seemed all lip-locked and stuff, so I thought you might, you know, do what you suggested last time."
I nearly choked on my food and flipped them off, annoyed. "Shut up, you guys."
Then, I tried to peacefully eat my cereal while the girls giggled over something on Madhu's phone. Madhu and Ishana are quite close, you know, but Geeta hates her in a rather menacing fashion.
Still, she plays sweet to avoid confrontation. Even Mohini doesn't particularly like Ishana, but they all get along just fine on the surface.
The girls routinely drift over to the boys and sit on their laps. Madhav pecked Mohini on the cheek, Arnav squeezed Madhu's waist, and Shivansh smirked at Geeta's sore expression.
Meanwhile, Ishana plopped her curvaceous self onto my lap and kissed me on the lips. I was utterly helpless.
I broke off the kiss and, as politely as I could, pushed Ishana off my lap with a shifty grin. "Gotta eat breakfast," I said.
Ishana tried to pout, but it came out looking wrong.
Just then, a figure briskly walked to the breakfast table and sat down at the far end. It was a girl, wearing very baggy clothes that gave her an intimidating look. Her hair was cut short, giving me a full view of her stoic face.
It was Kiran. The plate slipped from my hand and crashed to the ground.
The room fell silent as everyone turned to look at her. Kiran, with her tomboyish appearance and deadly aura, didn't say a word.
She grabbed a sandwich and stared at her phone, completely ignoring the shocked stares.
Madhav muttered under his breath, "What is she doing here?"
