If you have not read martial peak then this will be the most confusing thing you will read for awhile, and that's not to mention that this is my first time trying to write a story of any kind. I will leave descriptions and what not to help better explain what power levels are and what something looks like.

We start with yang Naruto sweeping with his brother, yang kai at high heaven pavilion. yang Naruto and yang kai had both come to high heaven pavilion three years ago to train in a sec to learn how to cultivate, but yang kai had gotten stuck at a tempered body third stage, while Naruto had risen to Nascent Soul first stage.
Yang kai had been ridiculed for only being a tempered body third stage in three years, while yang Naruto had been praised for rising so fast in the ranks of cultivation.
High heaven pavilion has a rule, disciples aged fourteen and below, regardless of their background, will take a probational three years to train.in these years, you're fully sponsored by the sect so you're only required to train. if you can breakthrough past the tempered body stage within the three years. Then you'll be accepted into other renowned sects with admirable masters and become their disciples, but of course, you're allowed to train on your own if you wish to. This is one of the flexibilities of high heaven pavilion. But for those who fail to break through, they will be forced to leave or they'll be demoted to trial disciple.
Yang kai: the entire high heaven pavilion consists of three thousand disciples, while the number of trial disciples can be counted on one's hand... comfort is not guaranteed, even if I missed a meal or felt cold, no one will ever care except my twin brother. They tried to evict me before, obviously I don't want that to happen again.
As yang kai was thinking to himself, he heard a group of kids walking towards him, stopping his and yang Naruto's cleaning.
???: "ah, isn't that yang kai"
???'s: that's the trial disciple yang kai, to this day he is still just at the tempered body third stage. It has been 5 days since he was last challenged, today is another chance to challenge him again!
One person in the back says "one against so many that's not fair."
???: feel free to leave, no one is stopping you.
As the unknown had said that, yang kai had set down his broom and sat down next to it and started to meditate.
Yang Naruto: why does brother still do this? I don't see any point in him doing this. Naruto thinks to himself as he sighs to himself and continues to sweep the surrounding area.
???s: hey hey, why is he seated? Is he mediating? "Hey, stop pushing!"
??? 1: "yang kai, I'd suggest that you stop wasting your effort, just obediently let me beat you up a bit then we will both be saving so much time, won't we? You're just a tempered body third stage and will obviously lose!
??? 2: That's right, yang kai, please consider our feelings, we're different from you, once this fight is over, we still need to resume training.
