A sly, almost nervous smile slipped onto his lips, cold sweat dripping down the side of his face. "They're coming. Tsukasa and his people!"
Kohaku and Suika's gaze widened, the former feeling her arms tense at the news. Senku chuckled in amusement. Another chess piece has been moved in the war. "Heheh looks like it's finally time to show what this Kingdom of Science can do. Get excited!"

"Hmm...How does this thing even work?" Ginro questioned as he squinted and inspected the heavy weapon that was Aria's air rifle. He had knabbed it before he was put on duty and had been looking for some kind of activation button or switch. It was the other day that he couldn't help but 'accidentally' overhear Gen and Aria's conversation.
The young guard had wandered from the bridge he was supposed to be guarding, still doing his job of course. He was just patrolling! Or more accurately to say, was avoiding standing around and getting bored. His head perked up when he heard the distant voice of the mentalist who had recently returned during the Grand Bout.
"A weapon. One that could rival Tsukasa and Michael."
Ginro's ears perked up at the girl's words, and he wasn't the only one. Gen also looked surprised and even intrigued.
'There's something that's stronger than the brown-haired warrior and that thief girl- er boy?!' He thought to himself. Hiding behind one of the trees, he peaked over. Ginro was doing his best to keep his presence discrete while he watched from afar, wanting to find out what exactly this insanely powerful weapon could be.
With sparkles in his eyes, Ginro couldn't help but daydream of all the girls he could get now as he hugged the gun. He could just see himself as a king on a throne, robes and all.
"I will protect you ladies with my life, and with this gun I found!" His imaginary self said.
"Not even Tsukasa could defeat me!"
Tsukasa and Michael groveled at his feet, begging for mercy, "Oh please great Ginro, we are no match for you, please spare our lives."
"Heheheh," Ginro giggled like a schoolgirl, getting lost in Lala land. With this ultimate weapon, he was basically undefeatable, right? If only he could figure out how to use this thing...
"Whip! Whap! Swoosh swoosh!" Ginro voiced the manmade sound effects, his hands awkwardly swinging the gun like a mallet. No, that wasn't working.
Kinro shot Ginro a glare, only taking his eyes off his surroundings for a second. Ginro hummed, about to look down the barrel- "Stop playing around and focus."
Moving it away, he looked toward his brother and his expression became smug. He puffed out his chest and stood taller. "Don't worry, big bro. With this I'm basically the strongest one here! I'll be able to take down any enemy in a single swing or slice or...whatever this thing does."
"You're doing nothing with that thing except messing around."
"Nuh-uh!" Ginro pouted. "I bet you we don't even need to do this boring guarding stuff. We can just head back and join the celebration!"
Shaking his head in slight disappointment, Kinro returned his attention to their surroundings. "We can't do that, you know the rules. And the rules are the rules."
"Ugh! Why does everyone else get to party while we have to work?" Ginro complained, the blonde sulking against his spear, his other hand fidgeting with the pellet that was previously inside the rifle. "It's not fair, they get to have fun while I get stuck with a jerk who can only say 'Rules are rules'."
