delphine - "Even though I couldn't understand what you were saying, I can tell you were hurt by your voice tone when you were talking to that guy." She said to me.

⇒ I sighed.

jiro - "That was....my brother." I said to Delphine.

delphine - "That was your brother?" She asked me dumbfounded.

⇒ I nodded.

delphine - "What happened between you two?" She asked me.

jiro - "It's a long story." I said to Delphine.

⇒ Delphine sighed and then she held my hand unexpectedly. I looked at her.

delphine - "If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here, okay?" She asked me.

⇒ I smiled.

jiro - "Thank you." I said to Delphine.

⇒ Delphine smiled and nodded.

{ DELPHINE'S POV }
{ HOME }

⇒ Jiro dropped me home and I didn't get out of the car yet. I can tell what just happened at the shop strikes Jiro in a way.

delphine - "Are you going to be okay?" I asked Jiro.

⇒ Jiro smiled and nodded.

delphine - "Alright, I will see you tomorrow?" I asked Jiro.

⇒ Jiro nodded.

delphine - "Okay, thanks for the ride." I said to Jiro.

⇒ I got out of the car and went inside my house.

{ THE NEXT DAY }

⇒ I woke up and got out of bed. Before I went to take a shower, I went into my parents' room to say hi to my mom who was still in bed.

delphine - "Bonjour maman." (Hello mom) I said giving my mom a kiss on the forehead.

mom - "Good morning, chérie (darling), how did you sleep?" She asked me.

delphine - "I slept good, did you?" I asked my mom.

mom - "Not so good, I had morning sickness all night, your papa took me to the bathroom like 15 times last night to vomit." She said to me.

⇒ My mom has been in bed a lot lately because of her pregnancy. She hasn't had severe morning sickness a lot but when she told me her and dad were in the bathroom all night, it made me dumbfounded.

delphine - "Are you feeling better?" I asked my mom.

mom - "Yes, chérie, I'm feeling much better." She said to me.

delphine - "Good, are you hungry?" I asked my mom.

mom - "No, not really. I'm just tired, I'm going to take a nap. Your papa is going to make you and your sœurs (sisters) breakfast." She said to me.

⇒ I nodded and gave my mom another kiss on the forehead before leaving the room going downstairs to eat breakfast.

delphine - "Salut papa." (Hi dad) I said greeting my dad with a kiss.
