"Baby you wanna join me in the shower?" asked Jake.

"No, I'ma just lay here and rest." I answered thinking about Porsha. Me and Kaykay had been hanging out for the past week, but Porsha had a fuck up in her paperwork and was forced to stay in. She had another week before her release.

" Whatcha thinking about Nelly?"

"Porsha. Can't wait for my girl to touch down." I said, reaching for the stack of money Jake had sitting on the table. "This must be for me huh?"

"It can be."

"What's that suppose to mean?" I asked. Jake then looked me and dropped the towel that hid his perfectly v-cut waistline. He walked over to his phone, turning on R. Kelly's "Seems Like You Ready".

"This is the Player's Club Live and you my Diamond. Dance for daddy." he said softly, rubbing down my right leg as he kissed on my left thigh. I turned around and allowed the beat of R. Kelly to lead me in the right direction. As the music played, I swung my hips, winding to the floor, throwing my hair from side to side. Jake leaned back, licking his lips and throwing money at my bouncing, swinging ass. He pulled me towards him and we were back at it again. I took the lead while he laid there, mouth open, rubbing up and down my sweating body. Being locked up had turned me into a freak. Jake couldn't handle it. All he could do was moan my name and tear holes in the bed sheets. We had been sexing like Jack Rabbits since my release day. I figured it was normal, being that I had just served 4 years incarcerated. Hell, it didnt matter. Jake was practically all I knew.

We finished our freak session, showered, and headed out for something to eat. I couldn't lie. Jake had been treating me like a queen since I made it home. Dinners at 5 star restaurants, picnics, movies, and shopping. Everything I could've asked for. But being in prison for so long can screw up your taste buds, causing your stomach hell every time you ate something that wasn't considered normal prison food.

"Babe, I'm a little tired of the fancy restaurants. Let's just get something to eat from Mama Joe's Kitchen" I asked pointing up the road and near the upcoming street where Mama's Joe's was located.

"Yeh. . . .Whatever Natalie" Jake said, as if my comment had irritated him. I remained quiet as we turned on the road to Mama Joe's. I knew he had to have been pretty mad because he would only call me by my first name when I was working his nerves. It didn't bother me. I had been having okay days since my release, and I didn't need him killing my vibe. Shit, I was just trying to save him a little money.

As we pulled up to the restaurant, I noticed Jake becoming uneasy.

"Are you getting out?" I asked, opening the door to the car.

"No, just bring me a large chicken wing dinner" he answered, throwing his debit card on the passenger seat. Grabbing the card, I headed inside the restaurant, quickly noticing two waitresses looking back and forward from me to Jake's car. I smiled at them, heading over to the bar and grabbing a menu.

"Can I help you ma'am?" asked one of the staring broads.

"Just give me a large chicken wing dinner and a shrimp salad to go please." She grabbed my menu, practically jerking it out of my hands. I ignored her once more, quickly reading her name tag. Her name was Jalisa. Her face looked so familiar but I just couldn't make it out. As I glanced over at the television, I couldn't help but think what could possibly be her problem. I wasn't gonna waste my time asking Jake. I would only deny it anyway.

"Excuse me. . . . Natalie isn't it?" Jalisa asked.

" Yeh that's me."

"I don't mean to be rude, but did you just get out of that charger?"

"Why you ask?"

"No reason" she said with a slick smile. "But words of advice, I know you just got out of prison. Find a ride home."

" Bitch I'm grown." I responded headed back outside to Jake's car. I had suddenly lost my appetite.

"Jalisa was in there huh?" Jake ask as I plopped down into the passenger seat.

" Yes and why the hell she. . . ." I was interrupted by the neck jerking car swerve out of the parking lot.

"I'm taking you home Nelly" he said, voice trembling and driving at least 20 miles over the normal speed normal.

" That bitch got you that nervous." He didn't respond, as he sped through the streets, not stopping for any red lights or stop signs. Pulling up to my house, I quickly got out the car, shutting the door as he began to speak. He had some nerve. Dropping me off because he had been caught up. I couldn't get over the fact that I remembered Jalisa's face and couldn't remember from where. She looked so damn familiar. But why??

"Finally made it home huh sweet pea?" said my grandma washing dishes. " I left a plate for you in the microwave. I headed over to the microwave never answering her. It was Friday, so I was pretty sure she had cooked catfish.

"You and Jake had a good night?"

" It was alright. Same ol same ol"

" Guess he's the same ol Jake huh"

"Pretty much" I answered between bites of catish.

"He take you shopping today?"

"Yeh I got a pair of shoes.

"That's the very least he could do is wine and dine you after all you've been through. Take that bastard for all he has. Hell, I know I have since you've been locked up. He wasted your life so I wasted his money."

"Whatcha mean grandma?" I said in shock, dropping my fish back onto my plate.

"You have never known us to just be down and out. We had money saved for days like this. Me and your granddad. We weren't wanting for anything. But I would never tell Jake that. He insisted we let him help. He saw Darryl from Auto Express picking up the truck for a wash and detail and assumed it was getting repossessed. I didn't want nothing to do with'em but your grandpa insisted." she said as she wiped around the sink and turning towards me. "Your home now Nelly. We don't need anything else from him. And you don't either. We done drained him dry enough."

"Well you and grandpa got what y'all wanted. I'm still getting me" I laughed finishing off the last bit of macaroni and cheese on my plate. "It's my time to wipe him out now." I could feel grandma staring at me. She had a look of many emotions.

" Your not draining him dry Nelly. You're with him because your still in love. Even with all of that you still love him. I don't know how you young folks operate now days. Y'all can take more crap than a toilet. Nelly it's OK to be a fool once or twice. But don't be a DAMN FOOL" she said walking out of the kitchen.

Grandma had some nerve. I wouldn't have considered myself a fool. I was only 26 years old. I figured I simply was still learning. She was a fool for playing with Jake's money like that. Grandma had a way of manipulating people. She did that shit to my grandpa for years. Hell, she had almost caused them to get a divorce. I did love Jake and even I was smart enough to not play with his money. I was only talking shit to grandma. I knew I needed to leave Jake alone, but after tonight and that bull with Jalisa, I figured I deserved another shopping spree. Shit, I couldn't help it, I was in fool's heaven. . . . .
