Finding out what happened after the team left was heartbreaking. Hobbs and his team, minus Levi, raided the warehouse. But on the way back to the airstrip, Reyes' men attacked. They killed every one of Hobbs' men, leaving just him and Elena alive once Dom and Brian got into the mix and saved Hobbs' life. But in the end, another one of the family was killed. Like Dom and Brian, Vince got involved in the shooting match between them and Reyes' men. He was shot.

And died.

Violet leaned against the wall, head hanging low. The tears were slowly rolling down her cheeks as she thought about Vince. He told her last night at dinner that he had a wife and a son. Violet was so excited for Vince, seeing him move forward with his life. Now, his son was left without a father, but he'd have a huge family if they ever needed them. But Violet couldn't help but feel upset that three out of the four of the original crew were dead. And this was the one that Violet actually got to say goodbye to.

Vince's death was hitting her harder than she expected.

Vince was always that annoying friend her brother had, but Vince was basically another brother to Violet. Her heart was breaking just knowing that her family was falling apart.

Violet silently made a cross against her body, closing her eyes. Even though she wasn't very religious, it seemed the right time to do a silent prayer for Vince.

Violet lifted her head up as Dom made his way back into the room, "We need to move. We don't have that much time." Violet assumed that meant running – Han was next to her the whole time, looking up flight information and how quickly they could flee the country.

"I got us a flight out." Han said, walking away from Violet. "We can leave Rio in the rearview in the next five hours." Dom stopped.

"Not to run away." Dom looked back at the team. "To finish the job." Violet had pulled her hair from the bun a few minutes ago. Her hand messed with her hair, trying to understand what Dom was saying.

"Are you crazy, Dom?" Gisele asked as she walked forward. "We can't."

"It's a suicide mission." Roman stated. Dom looked over at Roman. He stood up instantly. "That's your man over there on the table. The plan is busted! This is bullshit, man. Reyes knows we're comin'!"

For once, Levi agreed with the team. It was just easier for them to run and DSS would continue to chase them in this game of cat and mouse. Reyes took out all of Hobbs' team in that ambush – there was no way they'd be able to steal that money they wanted. It was never going to work.

"He's right." Tej added. "They tripled the detail at the police station. It's gonna be a wall of gunfire." Tej explained.

Dom wasn't going to go down without a fight. "Reyes doesn't get away with this."

"It's a trap, man." Han said. "You know that."

"Dom, listen to them," Elena began. "Run, before it's too late. Leave Rio. You can be free."
