"Aria?  What happened to your face? Why is it all scraped up?" Arias father asked while walking into her room.
"It was just a skateboard accident. I was trying to learn and I fell. No big deal." She quietly responded.
"Okay..Am I driving you to school?" Her father asked while fixing his tie.
"No. I think I'm going to walk, it's nice out. Don't forget that it's a half day, Eric and I will be home around lunchtime." Aria grabbed her bag and walked past her dad.
"Have a good day. See you love you."
"Love you too dad." The brown eyed girl said loudly, running down the stairs.
Aria found herself outside, walking down the long road she lived on.
She knew it wouldn't take long to arrive at school, though her legs burned from walking the long distance from her best friends house the day before.
About 20 minutes later and a lot of different songs, Aria arrived at school.
She walked in and went straight to her locker, avoiding the group at all costs.
She quickly rushed herself to class and sat in the left corner of the room, away from the group of girls that were like sisters to her.
Miss. O'Connell walked into the classroom, her bright blue eyes instantly locking with Aria's honey colored eyes.
"Good morning class. As you know today is a half day due to tryouts, if you are trying out for any sports you'll need to compose a grade higher than a C, and you will need to stay after school on your scheduled day until 5pm."
The woman rambled on and on about the half day until the bell rang.
Of course she kept Aria after class.
"Aria if Ethan is makings me feel as if he's going to cause trouble I can have him switched to a different period." The older woman said.
"He doesn't bother me anymore. It's over, I don't care for him."
Aria didn't speak another word, she turned around and stormed out of the classroom, bumping into Melody in the corridor.
"Hey what's going on? Why aren't you speaking to us?"
"You know exactly why Mel. I have to go. My brothers expecting me at the bus stop." Everyone can tell that Aria wasn't in the greatest mood today. Maybe it was stress, or maybe she was tired of people walking all over her and saying out of pocket shit.
