Izuku sat in bed with both Koichi and Seiji by his side. They had homework from the daycare and Izuku was helping them do it. Since they are a lot smarter than the other pups their age they had more advanced work. They were starting to read now which was honestly scary.
Seiji had been on their best behavior since Izuku woke up. Sero had praised them for it and gave them back their toys. Even so, true to their word Seiji hasn't spoken a word to them. They were just as serious as Kaminari when it came to the silent treatment.
Izuku had been going to physical therapy every single day. He would work hard until he was exhausted and could no longer move. He wanted to get better as soon as possible so he could go outside and play with the twins.
They don't go outside anymore because they don't want Izuku to get lonely without them. He thought it was cute but at the same time, they should be kids and play outside. Izuku smiled softly as the twins read a book together. As practice, they'd read Izuku a new book every day.
They were determined and made it their mission to finish the book before bedtime.
"The boy grew ec-e-est-"
Koichi frowned as they tried to figure it out.
"Daddy, what's this word?" They asked.
Izuku shifted them on his lap and Koichi held the book higher for him.
"Ecstatic," Izuku said slowly.
"Ecstatic," Koichi repeated.
"How many syllables is that? Do you know?" Izuku asked.
"Ec-stat-ic, three!" Koichi held up three fingers.
"Yup you got it, good job" Izuku ruffled their hair.
Koichi smiled as their tail thumped aggressively and started repeating the word to memorize it.
"Daddy, what does Ecstatic mean?" Seiji asked.
"It means extremely happy or excited," Izuku told them.
Seiji nodded and finished the book with Koichi. Once done Izuku clapped for them.
"My pups are so smart," Izuku said proudly.
"Yeah, we're smart!" Seiji said cockily.
Kirishima entered the room and Izuku smiled as he pecked his lips.
"Come on it's bath time," Kirishima smiled.
"Ok!"
The twins climbed off the bed and raced each other out of the room.
"Yagi's downstairs, he heard you were awake and came as soon as he could. He wants to see you," Kirishima informed.
Izuku stretched, "You can let him up here it's fine,"
Kirishima nodded leaving and Kozā appeared beside him. Izuku pinched the male who whined at the light pain.
"You're a God again and should be watching over us from up there. Stop sneaking down here before you get in trouble. Nokori is with Denki so the others are already short handed," Izuku scolded.
Kozā just sat on the bed and placed Izuku in his lap hugging him.
"But I missed you~ besides my essence hasn't fully recovered yet so I can't even do any God stuff right now. Just let me enjoy this while I can ok? I can touch you now and your always so warm~" Kozā said needily.
Izuku only groaned and pouted before sinking further into Kozā's embrace. There was a knock on the door and the duo looked up seeing Yagi in the doorway. Like the other adults, he practically still looked the same.
