Izuku smiled sweetly as he watched Katsuki talk to his belly about the silly things they used to do as pups. Back when things were still good, back when his mom loved him and his dad was still around. Before either of them had second genders or quirks, back when they were just them.
Izuku was so at peace, his pup had already imprinted on Katsuki and accepted him as their sire. Every time Katsuki was near or spoke to them they'd kick in response and that made Izuku tear up at times. There was a soft knock on the door before it opened and Chisaki peeked his head inside.
"Izu Zelus is here, he says he has some stuff for you," He announced.
"Oh ok tell him he can come in," Izuku smiled.
Chisaki nodded and closed the door as Katsuki stretched a little and pecked Izuku's lips before heading to the bathroom. The door opened and Zelus entered with two large bags.
"What's all this?" Izuku asked.
"What we talked about last time, it's not everything but I can bring them once they're finished," Zelus sat the bags on the bed.
Izuku moved to sit up and Zelus quickly moved over to help him, "Thank you,"
"Of course," He smiled.
Izuku clasped his hands, "Alright show me what you brought,"
Zelus nodded and opened the first bag and began to pull out the luxurious maternity clothing. They were in beautiful shades of emerald and ruby with gold embroidering. They were mostly robes so they covered his body but also gave him plenty of breathing room and weren't restricting.
"Oh my- these are so beautiful and soft!" Izuku said in awe.
"I had my angels use the best silk they could find, you deserve the best after all," Zelus smiled nervously.
"I love them, it's been hard finding clothes for someone with my build, I appreciate this," Izuku smiled.
"I'm glad, I hope you'll let us make your wedding attire,"
"You don't have a choice now, these clothes are so good. What else did you bring?" Izuku asked.
He moved his feet a little allowing the God room to sit on the bed as he riffled through the bag. He pulled out a box and held it hesitantly as he looked away a little.
"About the collar thing, I- uh- I already had something made like that. I originally had it made as a proposal gift but that obviously isn't happening now. Anyways it's in the form of a necklace, it has a matching crown but you don't need it. But um, here you go," Zelus said sitting it in his lap.
Izuku untied the bow and opened the box gasping at the beautiful necklace inside. He gently took it out of the box to look at it closer.

"It's beautiful, can you put it on me?" Izuku gave him a soft smile.
"O-oh of course," He said startled, and quickly moved to his side.
Izuku lifted his hair and Zelus clasped the necklace around his neck before unlocking the collar and removing it. He moved away as the collar slowly dissolved away and Izuku let go of his hair.
"You really do look like her, from the long hair to your big bright eyes," Zelus said softly.
"Who?" Izuku tilted his head.
"The woman who created us, she wasn't our mother technically but we loved her as such. Anyway you should be able to control the necklace's nullifying effects, I made it myself so if you have any issues just let me know," Zelus sat back down.
"Ok, what else do you have?"
Katsuki exited the bathroom, now clean, and sat in bed beside Izuku, admiring the clothes.
"This bag is some things for Sachi and the rest of this is baby clothes," Zelus told him as he gently rubbed Izuku's stomach.
The mates looked through them as Zelus continued rubbing Izuku's stomach. Everywhere he touched his stomach would glow lightly in response to the God.
"This is way more than you gave Sachi, why so many?" Izuku asked.
Zelus looked confused before realization hit him, "Ah I'm sorry I didn't know you weren't able to feel it,"
"Feel what?" Katsuki asked.
"You're pregnant with twins,"
The mates froze up, "What?" Izuku asked.
"Twins? As in two?" Katsuki reiterated.
"Yes, that's right, one boy and one girl- Ah but you prefer to let them decide their own gender so they? Sorry, I'm still educating myself, my kind doesn't really care much for that sort of thing," Zelus mumbled as he corrected himself.
"Oh my God,"
"Kacchan twins!" Izuku cried "Two! I got two babies in me! Kacchan we gotta make the nest bigger!"
Katsuki chuckled and kissed his Omega a few times, "I know baby, and we will,"
"I'll give you your privacy, I'll stop by again soon. Don't overexert yourself," Zelus gently kissed Izuku's stomach and grabbed the bag for Sachi.
"See you," Katsuki nodded as he calmed down his mate.

Sachi held Chisaki's hand as they walked the long path to the large home where most of the pack supposedly lived now. Hachirou did as promised as his dam had been more than happy to tell him. Dove had said that they chose to raise him away from the pack because it was hard on him after Seiji and Izuku disappeared. Once Hachirou got everyone together he played what Izuku sent them and they had been waiting days for their arrival. They even got in contact with Mitsuki and Masaru and they wasted no time getting to the house.
Katsuki held his arm out for Izuku to hold onto, "Are you sure you can walk?"
"This necklace isn't as powerful as the collar, I have a lot more strength now," Izuku smiled.
"Damn it," Katsuki grumbled.
Izuku kissed his cheek, "You can carry me around as much as you want later,"
"I'm gonna hold you to that promise,"
"Sei they're gonna accept me right?" Sachi looked up at him.
"They're gonna love you both," Izuku smiled at his pup and brother.
"And if they don't I'll blast 'em," Seiji and Katsuki said at the same time.
The other three laughed at the two Alpha's who just grinned at each other, "Sei and Daddy are literally clones-"
Sachi turned red as everyone looked at her slightly surprised at the slip-up. She nervously looked away and pressed into Chisaki's side wanting to disappear.
Katsuki smiled as joyous pheromones surrounded them, "You think of me as your sire?"
Sachi looked away a little and nodded her head now embarrassed. Katsuki opened his arms and she looked a little surprised before hugging him tightly. Izuku crooned as he watched his pup and Alpha scent each other forming a familial bond. Seiji smiled at them before taking Katsuki's spot at Izuku's side. After a moment they headed toward the entrance subconsciously keeping both Izuku and Sachi in the center. They knocked on the door and an Omega opened it and smiled excitedly upon seeing their Alphas.
"Alpha!"
Soon various footsteps could be heard as multiple people ran towards the entryway. Both Chisaki and Katsuki held Izuku up as his legs weakened as he was overwhelmed by their scents. Tears poured from his eyes as he look at the people he's longed to be held by for years.
